Same way Loco interpreted "Legacy pensions". Stock could mean "Dangote noodles" not "Dangote Flour shares". In fact, in this report, I dare say it's the former not the later.

Hints
>"A banking source close to the deal said that De United would continue to produce noodles under the Dangote brand for two years after the acquisition".
>The use of the word "stock" and how it appeared in the sentence.

Hint: Use the ASI movement to show how the election fever affected the market in years 2006/2007, 2010/2011, 2014/2015. And please be reminded that next year is 2018.

There is nothing hidden here. They made it clear at the last conference call that they chose not to write back the 20billion and also not to declassify aitoe as none performing loan in q3 as a matter of prudence thus leaving it to the auditors to decide by year end. Pple are just gambling with the belief that the auditors might decide to declassify the loan as performing and also allow the write back. If the declassification occurs their NPL will drastically reduce. Its a gamble. I personally believe in stocks that are down and about to rise , so that I can rise with them. From all indications, the bank is likely to increase on its PAT by about 300% by year end.
Not a buy rec.
You go don tey for this business. Thumbs up.

FBNH has been Mr Market's delight in 2017 against the odds. Sentiments have been consistently high. Don't bet against this stock in 2018.

Not a recommendation to BUY.

SHOULD I FILL THE PROXY FORM AND SEND IT BACK TO COMPANY SECRETARY OR WHAT SHOULD I DO
THANK
If your location is close to the venue, just take a taxi there. Simple. Proxy form is useful when you want someone to attend on your behalf (you are vesting your rights at/for that meeting on the fellow).

https://nairametrics.com/cbn-governor-godwin-emefiele-mentioned-in-paradise-leak/

"So, last week, the world was exposed to treasure trove of information, now termed, Paradise Papers. In contains information about financial dealings of some of the world’s largest businesses using tax havens. One of those caught up in the web was Nigerian Billionaire banker, Jim Ovia and current CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele. According to Premium Times, Oviation, a shell company owned by Jim Ovia had acquired two jets and imported it into the Isle of Man, a European territory where Oviation is registered. They then leased the jet to another company, which then leased the jet to Zenith Bank. This transaction helped is void a VAT payment of about £11m which Mr Ovia has now agreed to repay. Typically, nonresidents who purchase items from the UK are VAT exempt and can reclaim VAT refunds. It appears that Jim Ovia, through the advice of EY, exploited this loophole and had Oviation purchase the Jets and then lease it to another company and then to Zenith Bank, helping it avoid VAT payment". It might take a long time for the dust to settle. I have seen stocks on very long technical suspension. I believe there'll be an initial dumping by those who have been trapped all along before the rally.

Google for Dividend history. However don't base your decision on the lack of dividend for the past few years following Bunmi Oni's (former MD)exit.
Cadbury is a stock to watch from year 2018. Q3 is a tell tale.
Watch out for Cadbury and Seplat in 2018.

Don't let your bias mislead you o. Your mind is playing tricks on you grin Legacy pensions is a subsidiary of FCMB (YES). But "Legacy pensions" as read in the news was referring to pension fund from the previous dispensation of pension administration, now rested.

Pls sir how do u get shareholding structure of companies on easykobo?
You can not. You get it from Audited results available on the NSE website.

http://www.nse.com.ng/Issuers-section/corporate-disclosures/company-results

It has a search feature if you are looking for the result of any company.
