The budget was a victim of timing.The president ought to have presented the budget 1& half months before the end of the current fiscal year.Hence, the budget clearly run against time given the delay in the appointment of ministers.This is a clear pointer to the fact that the budget was not the brain child of Udo Emmanuel.He was appointed 6wks before the presentation as against a normal period of 4to5 months.In view of this,the template of the past administration had to be employed unfortunately.It is also instructive to know that overheads are different from personal costs(pc) in the manner of review.MDAs are prunned hence a corresponding reduction in overheads.meanwhile, personal cost is subject to an adjustment from the personel & by extension the budget office.The president/vp's pc are the bone of contention which PMB is calling for adjustment. Truth!

I see nothing wrong with this bill...lack of understanding, sentiment and ignorance is the main issue here. The bill simple seeks to criminalize making false claims and accusations without evidence or truth. So all those condemning the Senate should take a second look at the intent of the bill. What u demand for as promised during campaign is being reflected in that budget. As for those asking where they want to fund the budget from.... if only u know how reckless and how "kleptocratic" the previous government was, u would kn funding won't be an issue. do u have problems with 2 trillion for capital projects? Take away the 5k for the unemployed wailers and feeding for school kids, u will see 2 trillion will almost be 60% of that budget. You think 2 trillion is small? Just check the figures used in building monuments, edifices and world class developmental projects around the world. If pdp in the last 16yrs was able to sincerely plant in 1 trillion yearly to capital projects, we would have been better than dubai. Sai Buhari. Click like if u believe positive change has come.

Its embarrassing walking down the road and I start getting all sorts comments and look from Men.

The most painful part is I cant wear fitted skirts and gowns and feel comfortable anymore.
