Etisalat is now worst, their tariff is on the high side, charges for surfing the net is exorbitant. One would think they'll cut down their tariff due to the expansion of their customer base rather, they do the opposite.
I'm just contemplating on where to port.

Glo should never be trusted. I bought a sim and migrated to the so called bounce, as expected i was given the 30 mb which if you ask me is equivalent to 5 mb in other networks. The 30 mb disappeared like magic after just browsing a few websites, no downloads no nothing, and to say even the 15 mb which is just half of it given by Etisalat lasts longer, when you'd expect the 30 mb to last twice as more. I'm dumping the sim right away. Nonsence

This is a huge amount of money, hopefuly it'll be channeled to the right places. The state of the stadia used by clubs in nigeria makes matches unattractive, it's difficult to watch even when you try hard to be patriotic.

This indecency line about Big Brother Africa is way too exaggerated, it makes it look like the show is some p*rn show where people walk unclad, eat unclad, sleep unclad and have s.ex for people to watch. For the love of God, this is a program rated 18, it is meant for matured adults and not kids. It's sickening how everyday some holier than thou folks castigate the program with the same line of sermon. How come a single reality show will be so powerful in promoting lewdness and perversiveness among africans when thousands of shows and programs meant to propagate morality have not helped in salvagin' the moral decadence in africa?
I have seen people who once had negative views about the show become avid followers, they even analyse and predict what may likely happen, you won't be wrong if you decide to term them 'pundits of Big Brother'. We mustn't like everything we come across, our preferences differ, as the saying goes, one man's meat is a poison to another. Let's stick to what we like and allow others to enjoy theirs. Dstv has cartoon network, kidsco and the likes for kids and hundreds of channels for the watching pleasure of adults - thing is you can't even watch more than a channel at a time, i'm sure ignoring channel 197/198 shouldn't be a problem.

So MTN cannot rectify a simple recharge card issue involving some part (figures) of the pin scratched off?
I've once had this problem with a different service provider and it was solved within seconds after calling the customer care but with MTN all you get is their usual cliche of promising to solve the problem only to give you false hope. It is better you guys tell me that you can't solve the problem instead of giving me false assurance. How long does it take your system to solve such problems? A month?? I see no reason why it will take so long for such simple issues, just tell me if you can't find a solution to my problem, atleast i would have forgotten about it by now. Who knows, may be one of you (CCR) has used the card which is why there is no solution, afterall i've given you the pin together with the serial no. as requested.

I have a problem with a #200 recharge card i bought some days ago, i scratched off 3 figures in error consequently, i've not been able to use it. I have called your customer care on two occasions and they did not solve the problem eventhough they promised to sort it out, i just remembered i once saw this thread on the front page which prompted me to search for it. I do hope coming here will solve the problem .

Etisalat is now even worst than MTN. They keep deducting money from my account ranging from 0.15 to 2.50, whenever i have a low account balance, it will continue reducing till it gets to 0.00.
It's just annoying, their charges for call exorbitant, browsing when you've exausted their 15mb is something else.
I pity those that are (thinking of) porting to the network. Instead of them to improve their tarriff with the increase in their customer base they are doing the opposite.
