With all your pathetic ranting on this thread so far, not once have you shown any evidence of Buhari cancelling Chinese Investments.

I think these elections have driven a number of people crazy. Some of you really need help.

pazienza:

APC cannot win with a Yoruba president, the Yorubas are minorities in the south, and the North will always vote for a Northern president only. The moment APC presents a Yoruba president, and the PDP presents a Northern president with SS/SE VP, APC will lose, as only Yorubas will vote for them.

Your act in this 2015 election means there can never be a SW president in the future.

Interesting opinion.

However, real life proves you are 100% wrong.

The real Jonatan and PDP have shown up. All that democratic nonsense, peace signing, telling the BBC he will accept results etc were all rubbish. The real Jonatan has shown up.

The world is watching.

The only security present for the INEC chairman while announcing results are his personal orderlies?

The world is watching.

This spectacle has been arranged by the entire PDP leadership with consent from the so called democratic CIC of Nigeria.

The world is watching.

PDP must be destroyed.

Politics / Damning Verdict On GEJ And His Government by Mariory(m): 6:03pm On Jan 12, 2015
...

President Jacob Zuma is the de facto head of the ANC and chose Cape Town for this massive celebration, because in a sense it could be considered enemy territory. He wanted to send a message: The municipal government is in the hands of a minority party, the Democratic Alliance, and Zuma has an eye on reclaiming this Western Cape province for the ANC in 2016. So he brought his party here to tout his successes and respond to his critics. Before the bash he spent a few days in an old-fashioned door-to-door campaign, facing the voters here head-on.

This is the main difference between him and the president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan. Both men run Africa’s largest economies. Both men are controversial. But one man doesn’t hide from his foes.

Very good point.

Politics / Re: Lagos Floods: Todays Flooding Is Heavier Than That Of July 10 by Mariory(m): 1:16pm On Oct 08, 2011
toba:

like play like play, the rain started in the earlier hours of of the day around 1/2am and it didn't stop till around to 7am.

why i said to days floodind is more than that of July 10 2011 is because the rain which started from Friday caused serious flooding in the metropolis and very heavy traffic. Fridays rain stopped around 9pm and the flood was yet to drain before the rain of today compounded the problem. I cant even take any pictures cos I'm as said as if i lost someone.

The painful thing is my car which I'm scared for. the last one i knew how much i spent to bring it back to life. seeing same being overtaken by flood up to the engine part is really devastating.

Nigerian Government should go and bury themselves in shame. This is pathetic

There are few drainage systems in industrialized nations that can cope with continuous tropical rain for 5+ hours not to talk of Africa. This isn't Government's fault or the fault of any man. This is a natural disaster.

Having said that though you do have a point. A better drainage system would minimize the effects.

djustice:

In July, apparently, according to the Federal Ministry of Finance in a publication of revenues paid to state and local governments published in Thisday, page 45 on Monday Sept 5, 2011, Lagos State was paid N13 billion from the federal purse as their allocation for that month.

The local governments in Lagos State were paid a total of N9 billion for that month.

Today, Akabueze boasted that within the first 6 months of this fiscal year, Lagos State has already earned N262 billion in IGR, thereby averaging over N40 billion per month in IGR.

That means Lagos State's total revenue for July 2011 alone was N22 billion from federal, and N40+ billion IGR, making a total of shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked N65 billion for July alone!!!!! shocked shocked shocked shocked

How do those figures support the title of this thread?

@frosbel

What are you chatting about fella? The CIA didn't use a suicide bomber. That's too low tech. They used a special transparent satellite dish to direct aurora borealis beams onto the UN building causing that side of the building to explode. If you look closely at the building it is the part that was facing the sky that exploded. This is the CIA's new super duper weapon. It's true because someone on the internet said so.

Nothing to see here left-winged-liberals. Stick your heads back in the sand. All is well.
