Jehova is the name of an angel.

Jesus Christ was the name the word (God the Son) took in his incarnation to save man. The trinity of the Godhead is not disputable, but I see some people cannot comprehend it. The three act in unison but can exist separately in heaven and on earth. They have a shared glory through the Holy spirit. Read John 17 and see where Christ prayed for that shared glory.

Now the Almighty God cannot have a name except he incarnates on earth. In the time of Jesus he called the Almighty "the Father". The created cannot give the creator a name.

Most religions do not know Jesus not to talk of knowing God the Father. What they do know are angels of God, so their understanding of the Godhead is imperfect and no matter the argument, it is a waste of time. You can only claim to worship God or to know him but you are only serving angels. A good example is Moses, who got the Law and commandments from angels (Read Galatians 3: 19, Acts 7:53). People think that Moses saw God directly. That was proven to be wrong by Christ. The teachings of Moses are everywhere and serves the basis for the Torah, Koran and other books by secret societies. The knowledge is imperfect and comes from angels, not directly from God.

Please check again. Is it possible for you to have the Holy Spirit if you have not been baptized by one who is imbued by the Spirit? God has released all sorts of spirits and angels into the world in this last day. Not all of that is the Holy Spirit . For you to have the gift of the Holy Spirit, you have to practise the injuction of Jesus Christ ie love one another and be baptized of the Holy spirit. The you are a True Worshipper. There are many fake worshippers. Am not sure most of our churches have the Holy Spirit. And you can perform miracles without the Holy Spirit, only that you cannot equal that of Christ or exceed it. Remember that Christ said that with the Spirit you will do all I have done and more because he goes to the Father.

I ask this question with all seriousness and after going through the scriptures on his ressurection. It seems incredulous to me that a man you knew 3 days ago, will not be recognizable to you after 3 days! why did Mary think he was a gardner? Why was it only when they heard the voice that they knew it was the Lord? What informed Thomas to look for further evidence?

Let us imagine what Jerusalem was in the days of Christ. It was like the center of the universe. We can see that after the disciples were filled with the holy spirit. All races were represented there. Could it be that gardners were of another race? Were gardners in Jerusalem were mainly associated by people of other race - edomites ( The elder shall serve the younger). Could this be the reason why earlier depiction of Jesus in ancient Rome was that of a black man? Can we have a reasoned discuss on this without name calling and abuse?

The story of Cain and Abel offering sacrifice to God is well known. The story of Abraham tithing to the King of Salem is well known. Every action provokes an equal and opposite reaction (you can call it Karma etc), but someone set up this world and owns it. That same being is worthy of your honour, thanks praise and adoration. Why should you think that paying homage to him with your tithe is too much? Was it not him that made it possible for you to own that money? You should actually be giving more than 10% if we are to show absolute gratitude!

Tithing is real brother, don't kid yourself. Forget about Malachi for a moment. If you believe in God it should be pretty easy to understand that God created everything and owns everthing. Your tithe is a way of showing you appreciate Him. It should be collected by your pastor where youy worship and don't bother yourself with what he does with it. All you know is that you have done your part and blessings are sure to follow. God is a God of principles and till the earth folds those principles must always work. Tithing started from Cane and Abel. Abraham when returning from a war paid his tithe to the king of Salem and got blessed. If you are pastoring yourself, look for a man of God you respect and pay the tithe. It is not free will offering or charity, it is an acceptance that God owns everything.

Be rest assured that if you do not tithe, you will loose that money  and more  one way or the other no matter how religious or righteous you are! Your most precious thing that shows comitment is your money. Don't let greed and shortsightedness prevent you from doing the right thing!!!

where is wuci?He made a lot of points and disappeared into thin air. In military parlance we say he has gone AWOL!

Lets start this from first principles.

What did Christ say about his followers? He said that as his follower you will be able to do what he has done and even more. What did he do? He healed the blind, lame, demon possesed and the dead, amongst others. Now the question is how many of these miracles can Christians say they have been able to do? Truth be told, only some, not all. So did Christ lie or has  an inferior spirit filled Christiandom? My hunch is that the spirit operating in our churches is not the holy spirit. Am not saying it is an evil spirit(although it could well be), but all am saying is that it cannot be the Holy spirit. All kinds of spirits have been released on earth and they can do miracles also, but generally not as strong as the Holy Spirit of God.

Of all the reconized xtian pastors, TBJ has been one of  the most successful in miracles. I am comparing him to guys like Adeboye, Oyakilome, Kumuyi,  Muoka etc. I do not see his practices as evil. The testimony to this can be seen in the quality of his congregation. Too many Foreigners visit his church and they are not stupid. There is no way he will heal everybody, so his charity work to the diabled is in order. The economics of churches mean that tithe payment will always be important and yes it is a basis for blessing. How will the work of God be sustained without tithe? How about TV broadcasts? Know that if you fail to pay tithe, to a pastor one way or the other you will loose the money viz; robbery, accidents, loss etc.

On a final note, the antichrist. From my recollection antichrist is anybody against the work of christ and he will be seen from his works which is couched in lying, deception, all forms of evil. Some xtians also regard anti-christ as the system of civilization enthroned by western civilization ( Roman Christianity), which if you don't subscribe to you can hardly do anything.
