Is it right for girls to flaunt their body/shape all the time on social media?

You come on social media to announce your engagement, celebrate your wedding on social media, and later come on social media to announce your divorce/separation while washing your dirty linen in public. Its like most people now live their lives on social media... The way some people post every detail concerning their lives on social media, there is nothing private anymore about their lives. And yet this set of people would be the first to kick against any surveillance bill or law. What privacy are they protecting again, when you've already made everything concerning your life public on social media-a public domain...

If your wife/girlfriend says she wants to swim (be free to move around and do as she likes), allow her to go swimming. But not without holding and tying a rope round her waist to protect her from drowning (going astray) or been attacked by sharks (bad guys)... As a man, its your duty to always look out for your woman, no matter what!

Hmmm...If your guy/husband is crazy over such a sexy gorgeous lady , then you'd need more than a 'Lemonade' to make her back off from your man...

Whenever a female student is caught in an hotel with her lecturer, she ends up been humiliated in public or expelled from school? Whatever a grown up man and woman do behind closed door, is nobody's business. So far the girl is not forced or drugged. Before sleeping with a lecturer for marks, she already knows the consequences should she be caught in the act. And such things will keep happening as long as lecturers keep pestering their female students for sex. If the school mgt or government is so keen about putting an end to such things, then they should simply address the issue from the root (randy/promiscuous lecturers) and uproot the damm thing.

Some girls like dating broke guys cos it allows the girl to be controlling atimes, do as she likes in the relationship, cheat on the guy without feeling any guilt, double date, get money frm other guys to maintain herself and also mingle with other guys freely without bn questioned or monitored. Such a relationship gives the girl the kind of freedom most girls desire in their relationship. Cos a broke guy usually dont have much say especially if he is dating a gorgeous girl. He won't be able to exert his authority in the relationship due to fear of losing her while sharing her already with other capable guys outside...such a relationship is pathetic and not advisable...but some girls like it...

When a guy decide to pay his girlfriend a surprise visit in school, he should be ready to accept whatever he sees (like catching her with another guy in her room). Most campus girls don't like it whenever their city boyfriend pays them a surprise visit in school, due to obvious reasons. For your own good, its better you let her know you are coming than to surprise her. So that you don't end up getting the shock of your life. Most girls live a different life in school. No point trying to catch her or find out if she's cheating on you or not. A good girl will always be a good girl, while a bad girl will always be a bad girl. So, don't stress yourself!

Pls guys, make sure you marry a working class girl... In order not to over burden urself and also keep a happy home. With the way things are going, economically, all hands need to be on deck in order to keep the home going. There is nothing like a trophy wife (oriaku) anymore, when men dont allow their wives to work or do anything, but to stay at home, and enjoy his money while taking care of the kids. Things have changed economically, ladies/wives need to start empowering themselves for their own good.

You can imagine. A lot of girls are sickchicks to guys (who claim to be their boyfriend), but they dont know. She might be thinking she is in a relationship with her guy, but to the guy she's just his sidechick. Relationship is so messed up these days.

Whenever a guy dumps a girl, there must be a reason for it. It cant just be nothing. Imagine a fine sexy girl bn dumped by her guy, wud make many to wonder what cud be the reason. Thats why girls should stop all this jumping around. It doesnt help them but devalue their worth before men....ur body is ur pride. If you use it anyhow today, it would surely come back to haunt you tomorrow. As a girl, you may be young and fine now, but in the next 10 years or so, your body and beauty would have worn out due to obvious reasons. So, stop living a vain life...for your own good.

And when a guy shows you love and buy things for you, it doesn't mean he's a fool...lets learn to appreciate one another.

Girls no longer sit back and allow their guys to outshine them when it comes to cheating or double dating. They are even doing more it and better than guys. What about telling lies? When a guy wants a particular girl, he will start acting nice, sweet, loving, caring and generous to the girl. But once he eventually gets her or end up marrying her, you will see him now making nyanga for the girl, stop showing her much love, caring or attention afterwards. Such attitude is common with most guys. But why are they like that?

You know there are some companies or organizations who don't permit or allow married couples to work together in the same company. My dear, love is not cheap. It comes with a price. And when a girl truly loves her guy, and wants to be with him, she'd do anything for him. Love is indeed, sacrificial!

Once you are married as a lady, you need to draw the line between your marriage/home, and your past. Focus on your husband and on your marriage, for your own good. Let the past be in the past!

I am writing this because I feel it's high time I shared this story with other people. Secondly, we have heard so much from the female folks, but hardly any stories from the guys. Thirdly, I was prompted by someone I admire and respect, Mama Zeus. Ok, enough of the preamble, let’s go straight on to the crux of the matter… This is my story!
Though I have been in few relationships in my short life, I have had my own fair share of heartbreaks but I will be talking about just one of them today; the one that really shattered me!
I don’t think I was a late bloomer, but I had zero sexual experiences at 25. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t a recluse. I was an extroverted extrovert, I had fun, went clubbing, traveled, attended social events, was always at the beach. I knew every karaoke joint in town,and every bar in popular demand. Due to my upbringing( being a minister’s son), I stayed true to some lofty ideals of the Christian religion: no drinking, no smoking, no sex before marriage. I’m not saying I’m a saint, but I do my best to keep the commandments. Let’s fast forward to my third year in the University of Lagos, the genesis and Jane, the nemesis.
We actually met on Facebook (I still regret the day I clicked on that friend request button), but I later found out we were in the same faculty, same department, though she was in Year two while I was in Year three at the time .
Fusing together was like fish to water, our relationship was bliss. We were so connected; she could understand me without even saying a word. She was all I ever wanted, she met all my specifications; she was moderately endowed with the right curves in the right places, 34-28-36! She was beautiful, she was smart, she was hard-working, she loved God, she was neat, she was tidy and her dress sense was impeccable.
Let me borrow some of the words of the Legendary 2Face from the timeless song, African Queen and say that “I poured my heart, my soul, my body and my money and every other thing you could think of” into the relationship. I thought I had found my soul-mate. We did practically everything together. She was so perfect. She could look into my eyes and tell me what I was thinking. We had planned the perfect wedding and honeymoon scenarios countless times complete with all her favourite colours and none of mine. She lived at Satellite Town, while I lived at Isolo, but we endeavoured to see each other frequently even during the holidays. I was head over heels in love. As far as I was concerned , God had shone his perfect loving kindness on us or so I thought.
I had an extra year in school because of her, so we ended up graduating together. University days were over and we were still going on strong. I was posted to Benue state for my NYSC while she was posted to Lagos. I made sure I came back to Lagos every month to see her throughout service year. NYSC was over, couple of months later, I got a job and we started putting things in place for our imminent wedding. She also got a job in a Bank, but decided to quit in order to start her own business. I was very supportive of her dreams so I took it upon myself to help her raise money. I was able to raise a total of N600,000 to kick off the business out of which N400,000 came from my personal funds. What was I to lose? I was going to marry her anyway. It was a Fashion/Ushering/Modelling business which was doing fairly well.
We had the picture perfect relationship for three years; no issues, no quarrels, everything was going according to plan. On her twenty-fifth birthday, we had just finished watching a movie at Silverbird Galleria around 10pm and we were supposed to be heading home, then she said she had a surprise for me, that we should stay at a hotel for the night. Ok. I was curious, but I wasn’t surprised because this wasn’t the first time we were going to sleep over at a hotel. I like to change my scenery from time to time, it helps me think. To cut the long story short, we landed in a hotel, I was about to sleep when she blurted the news that she wanted us to have sex. I reminded her about our decision to leave it off until we were married, but she insisted that she didn’t want to remain a virgin after her twenty-fifth birthday. I was scared, simply because I didn’t have an idea what to do. At this point, I wished I had paid more attention to porn. So we started with the little you know, kissing, cuddling and heavy petting. Then we tried to have sex, but largely due to my inexperience , everything seemed difficult. After several attempts, we finally gave up and agreed that maybe God didn’t want us to have it yet.
Several months passed and we were already discussing picking dates for our introduction. Now, we had learnt more about sex, so we won’t have a repeat of what happened previously, on our wedding night. It was something we would always laugh about whenever we talked about it. Then suddenly, the bad symptoms started.
She suddenly became very busy. She would hardly return my calls, She would travel for days without telling me. Then she finally just seemingly disappeared. I didn’t see her at all for weeks, Her phones were not going through and I was scared to my marrow. I thought maybe something had happened to her. I went to her place and all her things were still there.
I was fast losing it; I was visiting her place every day and asking everyone that knew her. Then after a few weeks of searching desperately for my heartthrob, I got a text message from her which just said… “I’m gone – T.O”. What does this mean? I kept trying to wrap my head around the incredibly overwhelming phrase till a friend of hers finally opened up and told me she had relocated to Ibadan. "Iba….what?? When? How? What for "?
My mind was racing, my head was aching, I couldn’t take it all in. It went from bad to worse when she showed me a devastating picture on Facebook. It was a wedding and the bride was Jane. Jane was already married? I was shivering. How did all this happen? How can this happen? When did all this happen? Where was I? I didn’t even have a clue. Can Jane be so cruel? I wasn’t myself for several weeks; I would look at her wedding pictures and just cry and cry. I couldn’t even cope at work, so I had to quit.
My heart was broken in a gazillion pieces. I went down the reckless lane and became involved in several deeds less than noble. My life was shattered and it took a whole lot to get me back on my feet and get another job. I have since buried myself in a pile of work, books, blogs and charity/community volunteering. I’ve also gotten involved in a lot church activities, joined the choir, cleaning group, and IT department. More active in my church duties, so much I was made one of the Youth-Leaders for the youth arm of my church.
I used to be an extroverted socialite, now I prefer solitude. Though I take the occasional solo trips here and there from time to time, to unwind, to draw, to sketch, to write, to think and also have fun.
I have since moved on, but I still hope to meet her one day, I need her to look me in the eye and tell me why??

I'm asking this question, cos of what is happening these days aspa girls & relationship. Most girls find it difficult not to cheat/flirt with several guys just to meet up or fellow the trend. Atimes, you begin to wonder if there are still good girls out there, with the way alot of girls now cheat/mis-behave without any guilt or conscience. Why are girls like that these days? Don't tell me its cos of sex, cos i've seen girls who still cheat despite been 'sex' so well and regularly by their boyfriends (which is what most guys do alot these days). And dont tell me its cos of money, cos i've seen girls who still cheat on their boyfriends despite been well taken care of & given money anytime they ask for it by their boyfriends. And dont tell me its cos their boyfriends are not faithful, cos i've also seen girls who cheat on their boyfriend even when the guy is ever faithful. So, most girls really dont have any excuse for being loose. Guess they simply dont no what they want...

Most girls don't like it when any of their female friends is trying to get close to their ex boyfriend, talk less of even dating the guy. They find it very painful and see it as an act of betrayer on the part of her friend. That's why most times, you see a girl doing her best to rubbish the image of her ex before her friends, so as to make them hate/despise him, even when she was the one that dumped the guy. Guess seeing her ex with any of her female friends (probably dating) would be too much pain for her to bear. The jealously no go get part 2!

Guys, can you name one thing that ladies do that turn you off. As for me, I dont fancy girls that lie. Lying is very common with most naija girls. And any girl that lie alot is hardly loyal or faithful. Cos she wil be telling lies all the time to cover her tracks...

Never make plans with a girl that is not yet ur wife...cos, in most cases while u are making plans with her, she is also making her own personal plans with another guy(s). Girls aint loyal, and many of them always have plan B

Its so obvious that most Nigerian girls now prefer to date and marry only guys that have cars. If you dont have a car yet, then you might not be able to compete with a dude that has a nice ride from snatching your babe from you. Especially if you are with a girl that craves so much for a comfortable life. Dont you see how most girls enjoy sitting in the front with their guy, taking selfies in his car and going for a ride. And most guys with cars use it to seduce girls easily. Cos they know naija girls love cars (no girl like to trek). So, bros, hustle to get your own car, so that your babe no go leave your side. Most naija girls have no goals, but love gold...
