PoliticsRe: Reno Omokri: Nigerians Suffering Because Of Terrorists Freed Under Buhari by marvrick:
ogugwa1992:
Nigeria Suffering Insecurity Because Buhari Regime Failed To Rearrest Freed Terrorists - Omokri

Former aide to ex president Goodluck Jonathan, pastor Reno Omokri has said that Nigeria is witnessing increased insecurity because the past administration of ex president Muhammadu Buhari failed to rearrest terrorists who were illegally freed from penitentiary by other terrorists.

Recall that Tuesday, July 5, 2022, during the administration of former president Buhari, hundreds of terrorists on motorcycles invaded Kuje prisons and, according to reports, freed over 600 of the 900 inmates in that penitentiary.

According to Omokri, the Buhari administration never rearrested the illegally freed terrorists. He said consequently, Nigeria is suffering from that failure by way of worsening insecurity.

Pastor Omokri, who is also a best-selling author took a swipe on some politicians who were among the previous administration, like popular Islamic Scholar, Isa Pantami, saying they lack moral grounds to say Nigeria is facing worse insecurity under president Tinubu than under ex president Buhari.

Omokri said, in fact, that there was worse insecurity in Nigeria during the Buhari administration than the country currently has.

He said, "Jailbreaks, airport invasions and train bombings are now a thing of the past. Oil thefts have reduced, and our oil production has increased from what it was under Buhari to about 2 million barrels per day today. And no police stations have been destroyed in the Southeast since Buhari's inept regime thankfully came to an end."

His statement reads thus:

Reno Omokri
Can't you just see that you've been demystified? Just shut up already. Everyone knows you're empty. And in this piece they called you a pastor just to ensure the northerners won't forget this your thoughtless disparaging assault on their ways.
You're in for it, mark my words.

RomanceRe: Can The Past Life Of A Lady Truly Be Overlooked ? by marvrick: 4:28pm On Jan 27, 2024
Elzazzi:
I will try and make this brief and please ignore the errors.

I was with my close friend yesterday evening. While we were chilling together, a call came in on his phone. it was his cousin that called telling what had happened and also seeking his advice. Now this is what happened, this his cousin has been dating this lady for about a year I think and he has already proposed to her and even took her to his parents and siblings. He also visited the lady family and did some introduction. Now April this year has been chosen for the wedding ceremony proper and a date has been fixed. This is where trouble started.

My friend cousin created a WhatsApp group for his wedding ceremony, he added all his friends and some of his classmates to this group so they can join hands and make his wedding day memorable. He posted his wedding IV to the group and some pictures of him and the lady, one of his old time classmate recognized her and immediately called him for a private meeting for urgent discussions.

He visited him the next day and this guy told him everything about his fiancée. How she used to be a stripper in Lagos clubs years back and how he and his friends had wild 3some with her. She used to base in Lagos as a call girl but relocated to Abuja and that’s where she met my friend cousin. After all these revelation this guy was in deep pain as he had already gone far with the weeding preparations. Of course his old time classmate advised him not to marry her, but this guy loves her so much and he is in a big dilemma of what to do next. As he thinking of leaving the country and go start life with her elsewhere.

Can such past truly be overlooked?

After my friend explained everything to me, I was just short of words but of course I advised he shouldn’t marry her. What advice would you give him in such a situation my fellow Nlanders ?
Ehn ehn? So your friend is feeling bad that his fiancee had the best time if her life when she was young. What about him? Did he remain a nerd all those years? He should forget that shit and marry her.

Even the little time i usually spend with my family they know the uniqueness of my culinary skills. I am actually allergic to some foods like dairy products e.g milk yoghurt etc all types of fish except the extremely dried one are digusting to my taste, i hate custard, kunu aya, spaghetti except the peppered jollof. So i dont understand why i need to consume foods added with extreme peppers and other hot spices. Is it a health problem or a natural occurence? Because i sweat alot these days! Some people said there are plenty worms in my stomach. Huhmm!

My dad's driver son is right here in our house and he's the first child of his dad, he's totally different from the rest, he doesn't look like his dad neither does he look like his mum, there's no resemblance from both parents at all.

I stylishly dig up stories of how his mum was married because he's been driving my dad even before I was born and I was told she was already pregnant before the marriage ceremony was held and as at that time of their wedding, the woman lived in a different state, she just came and told him she was pregnant and that was how marriage happened .

I have watched this boy from head to toe so I can see at least one feature in resemblance but I didn't see anything, not even from the mom, he's just totally different. The other kids are ok, two share a striking resemblance with their dad while the last took after her mom but with some of the dad features, so are you thinking what I'm thinking?

Should I tell my dad my observation? What do you think?
It's normal. It's a case of variation. Sometimes kids look very different from their parents due to recessive genes.

Every passing day, it's becoming obvious that the insecurity issue that is bedevilling Abuja is politically motivated. Tinubu appointed Ribadu (an ex-police officer) as a National Security Adviser. This has never happened before, that position is always occupied by military men. Secondly, he appointed a Southerner (Wike of all people) as a minister of FCT. Anyone with functioning brain cells would see that the President is daring the North and they will show him. My only concern is the citizens that will be caught in the cross fire because where two Elephants fight, it's the grass that suffers.

Mr. President, this is not Lagos where you have absolute control. Your government should be one of inclusiveness and not divisiveness. We've long suffered misrule and cannot afford to see you fail. The "geographical area", as once referred to by a late elder statesman, Chief Awolowo and which later became known as Nigeria, has found herself in the midst of yet another round of perplexing situations that have perennially challenged her corporate existence. Created in 1969, Nigeria was seen and accepted as the giant of Africa, a country blessed and equipped to lead Africa in the international arena.

The country would go on to become a giant indeed and this was made possible because Nigeria, though independent, still had the British in control of her economy. Those days were the days the Naira equalled a Dollar.Nigeria alone contributed more than 70% of the funds that developed the rest of the west African countries through ECOWAS.

However, after the British withdrew or rather after they were through with Nigrria, The country began to deteriorate. The indigenous masters that replaced the colonial masters didn't know how to keep the country running effectively and that was the beginning of Nigeria's decline.

Nigeria was a dream and a good one at thatI but it was a dream that never came true, much to the disappointment of its very hard-working citizens.

At this point in the painful history of Nigeria, it's quite obvious that the country is in its final stage of demise. And it's a pity because we had everything we ever needed but we didn't make good use of it. Just like Adam and Eve had it all and threw it all away for far less, so Nigerians have thrown away a very golden opportunity to be the greatest country in the whole world.

I weep, yes, I weep for this country and its citizens, most of whom were and are meant to be enjoying the good of the land.

The only thing remaining now is for everyone to brace for the inevitable eventuality: the dissolution of the "geographical entity" called Nigeria.

No, it isn’t a win win for the West. If the Cowardly gang of 30+ Countries are not so scared of Iran, they should move their fleet towards the Strait of Hormuz and bomb Iran rather than flexing their muscles with defenseless Yemen’s Houthis.

Not that I give a fvck about what happens between the 2 warring blocs (Axis of Evil & Axis of Resistance) but I hate hypocrisy from people like you.

If any sensible person or entity wants to tackle a problem, you deal with the said problem from its roots, and not just by attacking its leaves or branches.

If the West is telling us that the Yemen’s Houthis are being propped & funded by Iran, why not concentrate your forces on Iran to eradicate the problem once & for all, rather than chasing shadows - bombing helpless civilians in Yemen?

Muammar Gaddafi did not do 15% of what Iran is “allegedly” doing before the gang of 30 Countries invaded & killed him.

Trump killed Qasem Soleimani in 2020 and dared the Iranians to respond to his cowardly crime at the Baghdad Airport which killed Soleimani.

Guess what? The Iranians called his bluff and responded with severity, raining down ballistic missiles on 2 of her bases in Iraq – and Trump went silent for HOURS, with not so much as a tweet.

The Mainstream Media went into overdrive and denied any casualties were recorded.

Alas, Attached is the result of Iran’s retaliatory attacks on 2 of Amerikas bases in Iraq.

Those who do not know Amerika’s penchant for BLATANT LIES & PROPAGANDA are the Secondary School Children on Nairaland always posting nonsense to garner “useless likes”

Even the Pentagon knows that the day Amerika and her cowardly gang of 30+ Countries (called NATO) attacks Iran is the day NY, WA, IL, CA, TX & VA will be leveled & turned into radioactive dusts, including all her vassal states in Europe.

As always, for countless Billions of Dollars, Amerika can only send her army against illiterate savages armed with coconuts.

This incident is a decoy hiding the killer blow and President Tinubu is the target here, the aim is simply to subvert the President's powers, to make him look weak especially with regards to the ongoing insecurity everywhere, particularly in the North.
