Attached is my UK Visa denial

Plz I need some to analyze it.

The pet I don’t understand is that the VO is not sure I have access to my own money.

This people are really funny.
From reading trends here, I understood people usually highlight that VO always want you to explain if there was a large deposit into your account which was not your salary.
Also, they don’t always like you to spend more than double of your disposable income for a visit/holiday. Declaring you will spend £2,500 for a 2 weeks trip which amounts to spending nearly your 5 month’s salary to the UK to attend someone’s wedding is a red flag to them.

If you didn't get an email confirmation for the appointment then you should go there on the day of your supposed appointment.. It's possible they mistyped your email. Your name shd be on their list for that day
Oh okay…..thanks

Why would you want to fill the form before getting there? It doesn't take time or much to fill the form and it's nothing you should worry about.
It doesn't add to your stress as long as you're already in the waiting hall.
This is because no confirmation email has been sent till now. My worry is, what will be the evidence of the appointment on that day since it was done manually?
TravelRe: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 5 by Marytee2: 11:59pm On Jul 29, 2021
Good evening everyone,
Please, for those people who used manual registration for their medicals, do you mind to share the link of the form you were asked to fill on the day of the appointment? Can the form be filled before hand or has to be filled when you get to the centre on the appointment day? Thanks

I am there now, I can help you, if you haven't booked yet. Available date is 24th August
Good morning house, please I have an issue.
I’ve been trying to book appointment online at IOM Lagos for my 2year+ old son but can’t book online for a child less than 18. I’ve called severally, didn’t get through. I’ve also sent emails and no response.

Who is going to IOM Lagos soon that can be of help for this booking please?
Then, how much is the test for a 2 year old? Thanks.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Marytee2: 11:43pm On Jan 14, 2021
I don’t think there should be any issue.
Most hospitals here provide accommodation for their intending nurses and sometimes they even certify maintenance for the applicant. I didn’t submit any personal statement of account and I made little mistakes, still visa was granted. Let your friend keep faith high and be positive. Fingers crossed for her.

Denikki:
Please how often are work visas denied?

A nurse friend is seriously panicking concerning her application as she feels she made some mistakes in her answers.
When she was asked if she knew where she was to stay, she said no. And filled that she intended staying in accommodation provided by her hospital.
This is true because her hospital is providing two months accommodation for her on arrival.

But she feels she should have just said yes and put the hospital address instead.

I'm asking on her behalf because from what I've read most visas are denied because of financial reasons. Could she be denied because of the accommodation issue?

My mum is also retired. I have applied for visa for her twice, both granted.
The person who will sponsor between you and hubby should not matter, as long as the person has a valid leave in the UK and you can prove your relationship with them.
In the letter of invitation, your husband to explain that he will sponsor flight and everything. With this, they might not really consider their statements.
Either your hubby alone or both of you submit your Statement, it doesn’t matter. Just make sure the statement you will submit is robust enough to cover their expenses.
If your parents have monthly pension coming into their accounts, it might worth printing out and submit.
You must be able to show evidence of their tie to home. You can attach copies of their properties in Nigeria.
Keep your application simple and uncomplicated. Show your relationship to them via your birth certificate and marriage certificate.

That’s my personal experience and has worked for me.
Amount that you will quote for total trip should be in moderation.
Cheers.

Dear Gurus in the house. My husband plan to invite my parents and sponsor the trip including flights. They will also be staying with us at our house when they arrive. My dad is retired but now runs a business. My mum also run her own small business. Will both of them be required to submit their bank statements since it's my husband sponsorsing the trip. Their bank statements will likely have irregular funds due to business, and I'm afraid it may affect their application. Could you please advice. Many thanks

Uk is moving to tiered restrictions from December 3. You should be able to fly to the UK after the lockdown would have been lifted tomorrow.

√I will advise that your hubby be the one to invite her , let him be the one that will sponsor his mother in-law. Let every thing come from his side.
√ let it be your hubby statement of account

✓My advice let her apply for six months first.
Thank you so much for this, really appreciate

Please answer my queries if you can....

Hi @Justwise and other gurus in the house,

My husband and I live in the UK and I have the dependent visa. We want to apply for my mum's visa so my question are:

1. an I write the letter of invitation as a dependant or my husband is the one to write it?
2. Even if I was not the one that invited her, can I submit my statement of account and stand as a sponsor, or hubby's statement must be submitted? Better still, can we co-sponsor?
3. Can we apply for a 2 year visa as a first timer or it is a strict rule of 6 months application for a first timer?

I will await response. Many thanks.[/quote]

STENON:
Goodmorning sis. I am on tier 4 student visa. Please kindly advice me , I want to invite both Dad and Mum(Both Retired Teachers, Pensioners) over for my wedding, is it okay for me to apply for tourist visa so they can attend the wedding or just send an invitation for wedding? My Aunt. who is a British Citizen is suggesting of sending my Mum and Dad an Invitation by herself for holiday just for them to come in during that wedding period. Thanks and I look Forward for your suggestion.
I think you should be able to invite them yourself, especially, since you re inviting them for your wedding. Only that, they need to provide their pension account, their savings account and any investments they have in Nigeria. You will also attach your statement of account here, BRP, account in Nigeria if you have, showing that you send money to them often. Then, your birth certificate which will show they are your parents and most importantly, make sure there is enough funds in the account you want to present. If any of these cannot be met, then, maybe your aunt will be in the best position to invite them.
That’s the only advice I can give. Others can contribute also
