Hello everyone, thanks for creating.

I have a question on CoS. My employer provided my CoS over two weeks ago which I updated on my visa application. However, I was able to renegotiate my annual pay which led to my recruiter insisting that I will have to get an updated CoS to reflect my new pay before I can proceed with my application.

I am just wondering what will be the implication if I use the old annual pay as it is also above the minimum pay for tier 2 visa.

I have uploaded all the documents stated as conditions to get an unconditional offer but my offer has not yet been made unconditional.

Do i have to pay tuition deposit before i get an unconditional offer or wait till after my admission is made unconditional ?

Good evening house, I did my walk in last week sun but my appointment date is tomorrow, TLS sent a 72hrs notification which reads "This is an email for your appointment on "EMPTY" at the TLS visa center, we are looking forward to seeing you. Fallout of brexit. UK no longer in the EU so a transit flight through an EU nation to the UK is seen as travelling to a third country and they need a transit visa for that.

I have £8k for my master's program. (All I got)

I gained admission to a school in the Uk resuming January.

Tuition is £7.5k/ year and I got a scholarship of £2.5, meaning I will pay £5k for my tuition in the first year. Would be left with less than £3k

I will be staying with family so accommodation is sorted.

I want to know if student jobs (restaurant, warehouse, etc) will be able to make me afford the upkeep and tuition for my second year?

You are absolutely correct. No visa application is complete until it has been transferred to UKVI.
No transfer until you have done biometrics.
To do your Biometrics, you need to have uploaded your documents.
Completing the questionnaire on the gov.uk website is just a part of the process.....

I had to reprint my POF a day before my biometrics and I have my VISA....the date I got for standard after completing my application was more than 31days after paying my VISA fees thus rendering my intial statement useless.

Please kindly assist as I and my wife applied for student visa while I applied as a dependent same application but I got a mail of refusal stating and I quote Reasons for Decision
Your application has been refused for the following reason(s):
You have applied as a dependent of a person holding a Student Route visa in the UK however, it is noted that your sponsor’s visa application has been refused. As such you do not meet the requirement as set out in paragraph 31.1 of Appendix ST of the Immigration Rules:
ST 31.1. Unless they are a child who meets the requirements in ST 31.2, the applicant must be the partner or child of a person who is:
[a] a Student who has received an award from a Government or international sponsorship agency and has, or is applying for, permission to study on a full time course of 6 months or longer; or
[b] a full time Student who has, or is applying for, permission to study a postgraduate level course of 9 months or longer at a higher education provider with a track record of compliance; or
[c] a Student who has permission on the Doctorate Extension Scheme; or [d] a Student who has, or had within the last 3 months before the date of application, permission to study on a full time course of 6 months or longer, and is now applying for permission to study a full time course of 6 months or longer where either:
(i) the partner or child already has, or had within the last 3 months before the date of application, permission as a dependant partner or dependant child of the Student; or
(ii) the child was born since the last grant of permission to the Student, where the Student and partner or child are applying at the same time.
Therefore your application is refused under Paragraph ST31.1 of the Immigration Rules.

We met all the criteria and submitted all the necessary documents but what baffles me is that my wife being the main applicant has not gotten any email whatsoever

Note that she got refused in June so we are confused as to why I am refused the visa even though my wife decision is not yet ready

Hello please I need help, believe me I have searched for this for almost 14 hours and I have not gotten any information on it... When filling UCAS application there is a place for "Nationality details" and when you put Nigeria it will show you "Please tell us your date of first entry to UK" how would someone who is not in UK pass this as you must put a date?
