My honorable concerned local man, the executives of this association have been working tirelessly, holding meetings and conferences in order to find a way of providing more zobo for the members. In addition, It is quite disheartening that the level of theories from fellow members have decreased over the week, since the 1% theory and AB theory, there hasn't been any other mountain moving theory, pertinent to this is the reason why we are discussing on how to give more zobo in order to facilitate sauces and burnt dodo that is legit or near legit or competing with the other theories. The Association of Local men and women is here to serve you to your satisfaction.

So we are waiting for next week Wednesday for another batch of payment. This time it should come heavily because it will be a salary week.

And if it doesn't come. That means there is fire on the mountain for both parties because we won't be able to know which party is safe until APL starts dropping.

If the Tfare don't continue next week, it's a two way thing. It's either the claim of NNPC employing 4,500 or 5,000 candidates is true....so they decided to pay off the remaining people which is why not really large number of people have received. Going by this, it simply means NNPC wants to recruit 65% of the people called for interview and the remaining 35%have been paid off.
Also it could be that, the 1% theory which will be elevated to 35% theory, meaning out of number of people invited 35% that v been paid are the successful ones.
Thirdly, it could be that TFare and APL have no correlation whether they fail to continue payment next week or not.
Choose the one that suites you!!!! I won't be responsible for anybody wey get HBP here. This is just an opinion/perspective.
I am yet to get TFare alert.

For posterity purpose, I will indeed like to join my fellows in sharing my NNPC CBT and interview experience.
It was indeed a great experience, firstly when I saw history listed as one of the courses required for GT application, I was much elated. The CBT was a technical one, I was the first to finish @my whole centre (Ui dlc centre). God's grace, I got the oral interview invite.
I could remember how I was amazed at the NNPC structure and how I fell in love at first sight. I interviewed on 5th July, Panel 28.
I could remember a guy that studied English while waiting for interview, he asked one of the ushers for a cup of water, specifically a warm/hot water, with the claim of his need to make his voice more audible and confident. , baba drink water finish, na so him voice enter lowkey....tension don carry am commot...(if you're reading this, I miss your expression).
So, I requested to sit
1 first question was asked by the chief panelist, a Yoruba man. He asked for the exact time I arrived for interview and what was I thinking while waiting at the quadrangle.
2. After that, he introduced the panelists and the first asked me to list just 5 challenges or success of NNPC, I asked as a historian we focus on both and if I could list some challenges and success, and they happily agreed. Listed 2 challenges and 3 success. Making 5.
3. Was asked a situational question on how I handled not meeting a particular deadline, got a positive vibe from them after answering
4. Was asked on how I solved a problem creatively, got a mini positive vibe
5. Was asked a discipline related question on Paleontology, paleontologist and paleology, they wanted to distort my thinking but I dealt nicely with the situation.. And lastly safety measures to adopt while fixing a bulb.
6. After all these, we started discussing on the role of history and it's relevance to NNPC, this part was really fun and we cracked jokes and all.
7. Was asked to ask a question, and I asked about their top competitors.
Funniest part was, I was interviewed immediately after a friend we studied at the same department, finished with the same grade, from the same state but different local government.
I pray to God for grace oooo.......I will quote this post to give thanks on receiving my APL with my fellow local men and women very soon!. God's grace!

About the relationship between alert and APL; here's my take:

1: It is said that during the 2011/2012 recruitment both the successful and the unsuccessful were paid the dreaded TP; and the amount paid during that time was much better than what is being paid now.

2: Now times have changed. Why will a company be too eager to pay successful applicant when is it trying to cut cost? Illogical right?

3: However whether we like it or not the only logical explanation to this is that they are trying to quickly settle or compensate unsuccessful applicant (Please note: I'm only thinking out loud, not in affirmation. thank you.)

4: Finally everybody who put down their account number will most likely be paid but the mode at which they are doing it, is suspicious.

Finally, please this is simply me thinking. Attacking me is irrelevant to me.

At last, one of the Ghost viewers has been able to deduce from all the theories being postulated since.

This is true, I had wanted to reply your earlier post and add a few things some days back but was a tad too busy.

I was at the Commission (FCC) yesterday, for a different thing anyway. But it seems there's open communication and they are expecting correspondence within the week. They were busy collating results through last week at the Towers (it used to be summation of CBT and Interview scores).

August is sacrosanct, resumption in September. It appears there's a stern directive to deliver a very transparent process (the DPR recruitment 'issues' affected the tenure extension of the Dir., so you can deduce..)

I strongly believe a lot of people will be employed, merit-based. The numbers on here are (plus or minus) what they've been saying they'll employ.

I wish us all the best, it's an interesting contest.
