There is a big difference between fighting an internal enemy and fighting an external. Nigerian armed forces would have effectively decimated boko Haram and terrorist groups like unknown gunmen if they are not made of locals who are actually citizens. There should be a prophecy scorecard for ministers of God to be measured with.
