I met Charles on campus. I was in my first year in the university. I had just resumed and was trying to grapple with the demand of university life. One morning I had gone to the cafeteria. While paying for my food, I ran into a young handsome looking guy and we ended striking an acquaintance.
I later found out that we are both in the same department. From then we became friends. In the second year, we ended up being roommates. Our friendship grew from there. We were like brothers. We helped one another in our studies. We looked out for one another. In fact many people on campus thought we were brothers. Charles was a great guy. He was handsome tall and good looking. In fact in our third year on campus, he entered the Mr. Campus contest and won.
That made him become very popular. He was especially popular with the girls. They loved. In fact the attention was so much at a time that he lost focus and his grades suffered.
There were just too many babes jostling for his attention. In our fourth year, Charles had become very used to the attention that it meant nothing to him again. Our association blossomed.
As his fame grew, I became his manager when he attended shows. He also worked as the Master of Ceremony at school events. I was the calmer guy. I made sure I kept my head so I could put my best friend in check. At last we graduated and our parents, who had become friends because of our association, came to celebrate with us. When we left school, we continued our friendship.
We got jobs in two blue chip companies. We also continue to date our campus sweet hearts. Charles and I met our future partners at a departmental event on campus in our second year in the university.
They were both in another department. But we had continued the relationship even when Charles derailed and become way ward. I convinced his girlfriend not to give up on him. Eventually we all graduated and our relationship continued. After about two years of working I proposed to my fiancee. I did not want to waste any more time. But something bad happened to Charles relationship with Adaeze, She had caught him again cheating and had decided to call it quits despite all my pleading. Charles was left to spend more time in my place as he complained of boredom. Adaeze doesn’t come to keep him company again. She had left the relationship for good. I was sorry for my friend. But how many times will I keep interceding on his behalf? Charles now practically was living with me. He also became close to my woman. Gradually I discovered they were both unusually close. When I am at work, they will call me they went out together as Charles had been on leave from work. I noticed their relationship became closer.
But I still thought nothing of it. Many times, I my wife to be will stay glued to her phone chatting. I never thought nothing of it as she could be chatting with her sister s and friends. As the days turned into months, we began the planning for my wedding. Naturally, Charles became the choice for my best man. I had pacified my brother who returned from the United States that I and Charles had gone way back since our campus days. The day of the wedding was set. I was also so busy that I did not notice the change in my fianceé body language. Every time I asked for romance, she was always reluctant and unresponsive. I had thought then that she was reserving her body until we get married. One day, instead of calling my name, she mentioned Charles. Well, I did not get angry because I and Charles are like blood brothers.
About two weeks to our wedding, I had gone to the office to retrieve my computer as I had been granted leave to prepared for the weeding. Charles was home and busy with preparations as usual. I returned home an hour short of when I told my fiancée I would returned.
I parked the car outside our gate as someone had already taken my parking space.I walked the distance to the house. The entire place was silent. I called out but no one answered. I climbed the staircase, and as I made to enter my room, I heard an unusual noise from the guest room. I went to the door and listen.
The noise was a moan of pleasure from an excited lady whose voice sounded like my wife. Why they refused to lock the door is what I can still not decipher. But according to the saying, every day for the thief, one day for the owner.
I pushed open the door and met my best friend, my best man for my wedding on top of my wife. They were both naked as they made love furiously. I shouted Charles name and became unconscious. I later found myself in the hospital. My cheating wife was at my bed side but Charles was nowhere in to be found.
He had packed all his things and absconded. I cried profusely as I looked at my wife. When my parents and sisters came into the hospital, I could not reveal to them what brought me to the hospital. I only lied to them that I was stressed out because of the wedding preparations. When they asked for Charles, I could not give any sufficient explanation and I could not tell them that he had been sleeping with my wife to be behind me. I was discharged from the hospital and I am back home.
My fiancée has gone back to her parents place and Charles is still missing. I was later told by his brother that he had travelled finally to Canada and had apologise for the short notice. I know Charles had escaped being confronted with his guilt. But I know he can run but not hide. My fiancée has been pleading that it was the devils work. She said she did not know the charm Charles used for her.
She has refused to tell me how long Charles has been sleeping with her though she swore the time I caught them was the first. How do I believe her? The wedding in two in two weeks and I still do not know what to do. Do I tell my family and cancel the wedding or should I forgive my wife to be.
This is the dilemma I have found myself. I love my wife to be but how can I live with the thought of seeing my best friend naked on top of my wife? Should I cancel the marriage and look for another woman or should I accept her apology?

Take it from me, she's a damn good woman and she's not cheating on you. She might have taken it too far by not cooking for her kids but you brought all these on yourself and now it's affecting your innocent kids. It's up to you. Look for a way to take her far away from home to a quiet place, I private beach or resort. Open your heart to her and vow never ever to cheat on her. Men should be in control of their joystick. It belongs not to you but your wife's.

It has the capacity of printing any image and paper size measured at 18inches by 24inches (18” x 24”). In a situation where size requirement is beyond this said size, a larger machine must be considered for use. In this case SORD and SPEEDMASTER(SM) printing machine will be perfect for such larger sizes. They have the capacity of printing twice the size of that of KORD. While the GESTETNER earlier mentioned can only print a quarter size of KORD image/paper size called A4 as well as Legal size. In printing term, sizes are named in As. A KORD paper printing size is called A2, SORD/SPEEDMASTER is called A1 and the GESTETNER size known to be A4. …Back to the matter! Please don’t open or close anything here, because we are discussing print, lol. The figure below is an assumed handbill size I wanted to produce.
*N.B. the pic won’t show here because of the platform you are reading this article. But you can get for it in the PDF format. But not withstanding you is still going to get what am about to discuss here. Assuming I have an order to produce 20,000 copies of a 6”x 9” handbill. I make Art paper my choice of paper to do the printing. Usually papers are packed in a unique and universal size. Art paper and some in its category for instance are measured in size to be 24” x 36”. This is exact size a SORD and SM can comfortably print on without a need to cut it before use. In this project, I am considering using KORD printing machine to produce the 20,000 copies of 6”x 8” handbill for economic reason. This you will understand in the course of my writing. Here is what I will always advise you to do first. You will need to have it in mind that KORD paper size is 24”x 18”, that makes it half on the paper size you will buy from the paper merchant. See figure below: The diagram above explains how the raw paper size look like. Then the you will have to cut it into two equal halves in order to suit the machine planned for the print run. This other diagram below shows the number of ups(times) an handbill size of 6”x9” can go in a single sheet of 24”x36”. The reason we are doing this is to understand the number of A1 sheets as well as A2sheets we will actually need to print 20,000copies. …Here is what you will do! If in A2 size we can achieve 8 sheets of A5(6”x9”) handbill size, that means we will need (20,000/8 sheets) = 2,500 sheets of A2 size. Don’t forget that I told you that paper is usually packed in A1 size. i:e 24x36 meaning you will still have to divide 2500sheets by half, in order to determine the cost. Therefore, half of 2500 sheets will be 1,250 in sheets. I will once again advise you not to get bored at this stage of learning; because once you can get this right, every other things will be a piece of cake. This is actually the costing stage in printing knowledge. In the paper industry, papers are packaged in reams while cards are usually packaged in packets. A ream of paper has 500 sheets in it while packet of card is usually wrapped in 100s. Papers and cards are also being differentiated by weight, which is measured in grams. Each grams has its price be it low or high. As at the time of writing this article, a ream of art paper costs N9,500 of 150grams. We have 115grm, 135grms, and also 170grms depending on the specification required for the project. Now that we have been able to establish the number of sheets of A2 to produce 20,000 sheets of handbill, the next thing is to ascertain how many reams we will need. Remember that I mentioned how many sheets in a ream to be 500. And its been established that we need 1,250 sheets of A1(24”x36”). Therefore, 1250 is to be divided by 500 and that will give us two and half reams. Moreover, what we need to do here is to multiply the cost of a ream with the number of reams just calculated. At this point N9,500 will be multiply by 2.5 reams making it N23,750. That is the cost required to get the paper needed. … I just hope we are on same page!

And I'm not talking about most sub-par and mediocre "designers" on Fiverr who use the most generic of templates to give you shitty work. I have worked with the best professionals in Nigeria and I have seen that this your so called "good will" is an insult. 5k? 10k? I personally charge 50k for logo designs and NO, I don't go about posting my portfolio here. The process of logo creation takes time especially the ones that pay millions (I have worked on a team that designed such) and it took us 5 weeks of brainstorming to come up with what we were able to presents as the final design. So, it is laughable that you expect a well thought out and good logo within 2 days and for 10k. Please give your roadside designer and pay 5k for the crap you'll get...lol
