Jesus came to ESTABLISH a new covenant and that covenant will start the day he surrender his human body and blood as the sacrifice to put into effect that covenant.

So he was OBEDIENT to the former covenant until his sacrificial death after that day he never attended any more meetings inside the temple.

WHY?

That temple has been condemned by God and all worship made inside becomes futile.

So Jesus established another covenant with his friends who later became the new wordhipers of the true God through the new covenant.

If anyone today is not obedient to those taking the lead among God's people such a person should tell us his purpose among them because unlike the time of Jesus pure worship is no longer stationed in one geographical location it's anywhere the Holy ones gather that true worshipers assemble with them! John 4:23-24

They should form their own religion and stop associating with those they termed as false leaders.

As for Jesus who has returned to his former state as a spirit being he used that body to show Thomas that it's really him but in reality that's not the incorruptible and glorified body with which he resurrected.

A spirit being can put on the looks of anything to achieve something.
So what Thomas saw and touched is not what Jesus looks like with his glorified incorruptible body.

• Jewish disciples spoke the languages of visitors at Pentecost 33 c.e. recorded in the Bible book of Act 2:1-5

• Christians spoke unknown languages due to sacred secrets that shouldn't be made public since many who attend Christian meetings are new converts who aren't mature yet.

So the first purpose of speaking in tongues is to spread the Good News of God's kingdom in lands where inhabitants don't understand the language of the bearer of the message.

The second purpose of speaking in tongues is to prevent new converts from being confused as solid spiritual food is coming through the Holy Spirit so a believer with the gift of interpretation will reveal it ONLY to those taking the lead in the congregation.

Apart from these two whatever anyone is saying shouldn't be in the congregation such will be tantamount to self gratification which is UNCHRISTIAN according to apostle Paul! 1Corinthians 14:1-6

Each religion has a head or a small group that's heading the religion according to Jesus the head or small group heading such a church shouldn't be our focus when we are on the look out to RECOGNIZE true and FALSE PROPHETS rather we should concentrate on the result of what members of each church turns out to be globally.

• Jesus commanded all his disciples to preach and teach about God's Kingdom from house to house. Matthew 10:11-13
• While doing so their teaching should be in harmony globally. John 17:22
• They should have love among themselves just as Jesus loves them. John 13:34-35
• They can't be in the army because that will negate the idea of being one body as soldiers in one country always view soldiers in other countries as enemies deserving death at war and Jesus' real disciples must love their neighbors as themselves {Mark 12:31} and their fellow believers just as Jesus loves {John 13:34-35} which means they should be ready to lay down their own life for their fellow believers so they must not raise weapons against anyone from the authorities. Matthew 26:52

All these will WORK towards the achievement of one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers globally just as God promised {Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3} this is what proved that Jesus is TRULY WORKING {Act 1:8} as the Prince who is uniting faithful people throughout the earth under his headship as their Master, Lord and King! Isaiah 9:6

Ọmọ only JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES ORGANIZATION is doing this today!

So if you think all religions claiming Christians are in the same body yet they are contradicting themselves to the point of raising weapons to slaughter one another during tribal and ethnic crisis i totally disagree with you!

Any other wisdom you want to apply to that verse is man-made. Those who are against Jehovah's witnesses can also use that verse with their own man made wisdom against you people.

When I said Christians I didn't mean all Christians.I am not a JW and I don't persecute them or slander them. You can also see how people who can't answer simple questions are persecuting me out of frustration that gladdens my heart. The word of my Lord applies to me but you want to use human wisdom and exclude me. I no gree.

As for what Jesus said i know you won't say it applies to nobody so try to figure out those to whom Jesus' statement @ Matthew 24:9 applies, i am 100% convinced that it applies only to one organization of like-minded worshipers and that organization is known today as JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES.

Jesus wasn't executed on a cross the worship of cross has been in existence before Jesus was born.

I have never seen a case of a child molester or rapist from the pew ever discussed and addressed in the church. Every member of church is incapable of rape and sexual abuse.

He is a Muslim and he wanted to speak against Jesus and the Bible so after all his reasoning was rendered unwise he asked me what church has such a powerful reasoning that nullify all his arguments against the Bible and i told him i'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Ever since then he has been trailing me from thread to thread posting lies our enemies are posting on the internet. He felt really frustrated and sad when i told him it's from Islam i got converted to one of Jehovah's Witnesses!

ATHEISM is as a result of intellectual laziness because it's not only what we see that we believe there are many things we can't see but felt yet we believe that they exists.

So the question we need to answer is:

Why is there suffering and injustice if someone as powerful and good as God exists yet he has not solved the problem?

The Bible answers:

In his haughtiness, the wicked man makes no investigation; All his thoughts are: “There is no God.” Psalms 10:4

But why did the Bible call such ones WICKED?

Because they can spend time deliberating on things that's of no benefits so why not also try to INVESTIGATE such important matter?
Will they say "it's just" when the same happens to them?
