To the Israelites Jehovah became a helper, a deliverer, provider, protector and so on.

So those who translated the text to "I am that i am" never thought someone will use it to support Trinity they just translated it to the best of their knowledge back then.

Try to read the same verse in countless versions of the Bible and see the way different translators render those verses instead of allowing trinitarians to manipulate you!

There are many spirit sons of God according to the Bible {Job 38:7} the spirit that came to this planet and became Jesus lived in the spirit realms for uncountable years he is the first created spirit and later worked with his father in making all other things! According to the Bible his name is Michael the Archangel. He is called the Archangel because he is the only one of his kind {Jude :9} he said when God was creating everything he was beside God like a master worker trained to do the job but out of all the things God created through him {Colossians 1:15-16} he preferred humans most {Proverbs 8:31} that's why he is ever ready to do whatever he could to save us from the curse of sin! I can go on and on but you have to sit down and learn all of these through a Bible study with Jehovah's Witnesses otherwise you will only continue claiming Christian with no knowledge of the Bible just like billions out there.

I was a Muslim when i met Jehovah's Witnesses and i can't quote anything in the Bible but today you can testify to what i can do with a copy of the Bible in my hand.

•Many Nigerians pray daily for God to help them, but most times their prayers go unanswered, why is that?

So it's not God's fault rather the inhabitants of Nigeria.

Ask each person you see around you if they are ready to welcome a situation where all civil servants will be paid the same salary monthly and see how 99% will object as if they will love to be slaves while their fellow citizens live in affluence.
Meaning each person is anticipating a time he or she will live big while their fellow citizens can't afford three square meal.
Each of them wants cooks, cleaners, gardeners, drivers and other domestic staffs while their children treat fellow Nigerians like slaves on their own father's land!

So their prayers doesn't reach the ceiling or roof of their worship centers because they are all WICKED in their hearts!

Note that John (Inspired writer) didn't say
"the word IS God"
rather he saw
"the word WAS God"

WHY?

Because Jesus (the word) has left the heart at that time and he is not presently the God John and his fellow disciples were worshiping.
Jesus referred to them as "brothers" the word God never used to address his worshipers so from Jesus' standpoint all faithful servants of God are his brothers while himself and them are worshipers of the same God who is the father of all! John 20:17 compare to Matthew 6:9

So what did John meant by referring to the word as god?

Well the answer is found in the Bible book of Exodus 7:1

‭Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet". ‭Exodus 7:1 NIV‬

So GOD Almighty made His servant Moses like God before Pharaoh who was the world's most powerful ruler of his time making Moses the one whose voice Pharaoh must abide with later before Moses' death GOD Almighty told him saying:


I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words in his mouth. He will tell them everything I command him. I myself will call to account anyone who does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name. ‭Deuteronomy 18:18-19 NIV‬


Who is the prophet that will also be given the authority to bear that title "God" like Moses?


Apostle Peter under inspiration of God's Holy Spirit said about Jesus:



For Moses said, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own people; you must listen to everything he tells you.Anyone who does not listen to him will be completely cut off from their people.’ ‭Acts 3:22-23 NIV‬


So Jesus is the prophet that will come in the manner of Moses who WAS called God!

That's why you have over 41,000 different sects all defining Trinity differently leading to contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines.

This means all of us do judge our neighbors in the past but Jesus is telling us to STOP doing so.

WHY?

The YARDSTICK we use in judging others is the same YARDSTICK God will use to judge us.

If we curse someone for lying or stealing then we should know that the same curse will go to anyone lying or stealing including the one laying curse on others for lying or stealing.

So if we know we can't live without doing any of those things then we MUST forgive others no matter what they do to hurt us. Matthew 6:12:14-15

But if we are sure that we can live without sin then we can judge without a second thought!

So if you're comparing what you read in a book to what is found in another that's a biased approach it should be the result as the adherents are able to achieve what benefits all concerned whether they adhere to it or not.
