The group name "CHRISTIANS" has been CURSED and BASTARDIZED that's why you can't mention the name of your church as your so called PASTORS are condemning their fellow believers in their teachings even though they're all claiming "CHRISTIANS"

The import of that verse is to strengthen Isaiah not to fear because God who created all things both the things that can destroy and things that's harmless is with him.

If you can kill a Muslim during wars because such a person will die whether you kill him or not then there shouldn't be a case if someone else in other places kill a Muslim!

If you're reading God's word there are certain events God wants His servants to learn from it doesn't mean what happened in those verses were the reality of things but to teach you the extent to which Satan and his demons can go to deceive people {2Corinthians 11:14} so if a demon appears to someone in the name of Jesus Christ God won't stop the demon dry deceiving you He expects you to dwell on His laws that is how your faith in God's word can be tested to show you truly trust (believe) God's laws.

If you're not interested in that then it will be too easy for any demon to deceive you.

Take for instance a demon spoke through a means to King David telling Him to go and count the nation of Israel {2Samuel 24:1} David never knew it was Satan {1Chronicles 21:1} why did God allow that?

Satan came to speak as if it's God's Holy Spirit that's speaking to Jesus. Note that Satan came few seconds after God's Holy Spirit has concluded revealing certain things to Jesus {Luke 4:1-3} but Jesus who is perfect reasoned that it's not necessary to turn stone into bread just to satisfy his appetite though he could do it after all he created all these things {Colossians 1:15-16} yet he knew his father so much that if his father wants him to eat right there food will be brought to him {1King 19:7} since that's not the case Jesus became skeptical about the voice speaking to him until Satan came out openly to ask Jesus for worship with a bribe!
That's when Jesus now realize Ha! It's Satan! Matthew 4:10
But did Satan give up?
NO! He began watching Jesus closely to catch him some other time! Luke 4:13

So my guy reading the Bible is not enough but MEDITATING on what you're reading and asking questions {Proverbs 2:2-3 compare to Matthew 7:7} that's what will help you to have an accurate knowledge of God's word! Proverbs 2:5
