Security: Jonathan scored low on this but what do you expect, he inherited a demoralize military with no training, no motivation , low morale and lack of equipment. A former military man was president for 8yrs and done nothing to boost their morale, he ruled with the old ideas of keeping the military in check by starving them of necessary tools of development. Jonathan is fighting the root of decay by challenging and working with innoson motors to develop home grown equipment and military hardware.

Health: Ebola case: For the first time in Nigeria history, the international community agreed we done well in fighting the virus and the nation is used as a case study and praised for her efficiency and timely intervention. The nation will be polio free soon source: WHO. The only region holding back is the northern Nigeria, ironically the opposition candidate is from the region: do we have any evidence he tried to help? No.
Most of his kids are abroad anyway.

Youth empowerment: Can we talk about Nigeria growth today without talking about the resurgence of agriculture? No. Direct supply of fertilizer has cut out the "middle men" and save the nation loads of money and cut off corruption in that sector. For the first time in our history, we have graduate who are proud to call themselves farmers, no more shame to be farmer and we now understand the only way to our development is through agriculture that was neglected for decades, a former president who himself is a farmer cldnt even make the sector work in his 8yrs as president. The opposition candidate who has loves his cows has no history of any contribution whatsoever in that sector. Through agriculture we can develop all other sectors I.e 1.Manufacturing I.e tools, heavy machinery.
2. Medical field I.e development of drugs
3. Improve financial sectors I.e loans to farmers
These and many more will provide jobs directly and indirectly.

Corruption: Corruption has eat deep into our system, no single man either Buhari or Jonathan can eradicate poverty with a magic wand. No nation on earth can eradicate corruption because it is impossible to do. Unfortunately corruption is the only vessel that moves money from the top of the ladder to the bottom of our society I.e a corrupt government official who steal our money to build house will employ bricklayers (the lower end of the ladder) these bricklayers, drivers, cleaners, house helps even bankers can only survive on these stolen wealth because this is the only way money moves around. If you cut the corruption at the top, it will only grow back. Do you think the man that makes $3 million per month through oil subsidy will let you take it away without a fight? The best way to fight corruption is to create another channel for prosperity to reach those at the end of the ladder. I.e e- wallet in the agriculture sector. 2. You- win initiative where the youths don't need to rely on "chairman" to give them money, they have the opportunity to come up with a good business idea and the government will support it.

Violence should be denounce by all political parties, we don't need it in our society, I expect APC to strongly speak again disrespect to the office of the presidency. Make this election an issue based campaign.

They are already providing financial incentives to the manufacturers who will find customers for their products in Nigeria, other African countries, and even abroad!

The Nigerian Used car industry poses no threat whatsoever to these manufacturers, so why destroy that industry? There is no sense in abruptly increasing tariffs on used cars simply because the government wants to support auto manufacturers.

Seriously? Used car poses no threat to manufacturers? Is like we continue to wear used cloths from abroad. How do we encourage production if imported used cars are cheaper than Nigerian made or how do u increase employment if you don't support local content.

User car market is not an industry, is a system of land fill or car dumping ground. Years ago thee UK govt had to pay people money to change their cars in order to support local manufacturers.

Be objective for once the federal government retains 52% of Nigeria revenue and the states and local government share 48%. If you divide it by 30 states it's means then that on the average each states and Local governments have access to 2% of monthly allocation and yet we feel the impact of the state more than that of the federal government.

Please go and read theory of development and under development. And use the Asian giant as a case study, you will see what development is all about. Yet these countries don't have access to crude.

All Nigerian leaders from independent have failed us. I pray criteria should be set for ministerial positions and career diplomat should be given Ambassadors position in Nigeria.

The food stuff which prices have not changed are the ones produced locally, reason being that we don't need any dollar exchange rate to buy them. But than man does not live by food alone. For every container @ any sea port in Nigeria waiting to be off load, it's landing cost has increased by close to 40%

The price of your car parts has increased, the good from China has increased. I can go on and on.

We are supposed to be enjoying reduced in fuel price the naira exchange rate did not allow it.

Take a walk to any electronic show room and see the increment in price.

How much do we really used to feed out of our monthly income?

These country must move forward. We need to change how we do things in this part of the world. Our citizens are been treated badly every where they go. We need to change our mentality as a nation.

Minister should be chosen based on merit and not based on sentiment and compensation. Technocrat should be allowed to drive the vehicle of our dear country.

1. The increase in spare parts is as a result of the govt. discouraging importation of cars which is really a good thing. We need to support the local content manufacturer. This is a practice all over the world. We don't need goods from China. Jonathan is encouraging us to think and build things ourselves.

2. You can't enjoy low fuel price if you are not producing it, during his four yr term, he has encourage private participation in oil refinery hence Dangote and Co getting involved. Very soon the effect will show when Dangote 500000 per day production is in place.

3. Electronics ..same with stopping China invasion of our consumer market. Soon Made in Aba will take over.

4. Not all change are necessary.

Am not Jonathan fan but nobody has really given a convincing argument yet why Buhari is better of.

No sensible point in ur write up. Jonathan didn't increase the price of oil, in fact he is doing what all leaders shld have done...remove the subsidy which is only enriching the pocket of few oil baron.
