Or ex-tenants who have mouth or know people that has, should charge him to court. Maybe for human rights abuse or something, anything. I don't believe anyone is untouchable at all o. Absolutely no one is. (Even emperors or presidents with the tightest securities CAN be gotten. Just a rebellion seed in an aide's mind) and then slip a poison in his food or plan an ambush. There are just levels of power. I don't see a person being completely powerless, still persons being helpless.
Normally too, people should have badmouthed him so until tenants start reducing and finally not a single person will come to rent from him. I hope this tweet too helps with that. |

Oh! Daughter of "Constituted Authority" Oleys: A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja has slammed 25 million Naira damages on gossip blogger, Linda Ikeji for defaming Mrs Ajibola Ajayi.
In a release on its official Twitter page, the Law firm of Olaniwun Ajayi LP announced that its has successfully prosecuted the case against the controversial gossip merchant in suit number FCT/CV/667/2018: Mrs Ajibola Ajayi v. Linda Ikeji before an FCT Abuja High court.
In the court case, the Mrs Ajibola Ajayi had sued Ms. Linda Ikeji in respect of the defamatory article published in the latter’s blog, on 15.01.17 and 17.01.17 which cited Mrs. Ajibola Ajayi as having described protesting students of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, as a “generation of mannerless children” in an Instagram post with the username “conceited_csj”.
Ajibola Ajayi is the daughter of late former governor of Oyo state, Abiola Ajimobi
In the judgment delivered on 12.04.2022, the Court held that the publication by Ms. Ikeji was false and malicious and that the evidence before the Court showed that the Defendant knew that the Instagram account with the username “conceited_csj” did not belong to the Claimant.
The Court further held that the publication was made available to readers worldwide which exposed the Claimant to ridicule by members of the public who read the offending article.
In reiterating the trite principle of law that libel is actionable per se, the Court awarded general and exemplary damages in the sum of N25,000,000.00 (Twenty-Five Million Naira) against Ms. Linda Ikeji and directed Ms. Ikeji to publish a written apology to the Claimant in three National tabloids.

What we want is chastity, clean heart and submission. The three is mostly never found in older women that have achieved something.
If not for the woke culture. It's never in the place of a woman to bring money to support the family. That's why most men go for the chastity first because she could stay in his house and start business. |

A friend has been having issue with an overzealous tenant who act like she owns the house because she's oldest tenant with about 6 years. An issue happened over the weekend which required police intervention. Please see attached screenshot.
The issue now is that my friend plan to send the agency a message that he wouldnt be going ahead with an outstanding January half rent payment he earlier agreed to if they don't reply to the email he sent. The agency has a bit of not replying to tenant emails on housing issues. The January rent is outstanding because he refused to pay them when the house boiler went bad & his bathroom was leaking for about 2 weeks in December. I think the agency later negotiated for half rent instead of no rent payment.

Actually got a round trip for sometime in May from UK to Lagos via Germany for about the same amount. Booked first week in March or so Mimzyy: Since we are discussing scams, I’ll like to chip this in… Let’s be careful when purchasing air tickets as well because there are some websites that are now designed mainly for fraudulent activities. My mum intends travelling to naija later this year and I started searching for an affordable ticket online, I stumbled upon cheapflights.co.uk and found a deal on Lufthansa for £400 plus. I was redirected to this website https://www.helloflights.co.uk/ where I was asked to fill in the passenger’s information, I did that promptly and few hours later I was contacted by one of the representatives of the company.
I provided all the required information and even sent my mum’s passport data page for verification of the names. After all said and done, I was sent an email requesting a deposit of about £100 which I did promptly then I replied the email stating that I’ve made the payment and asked for the ticket to be issued, the guy told me the ticket will be issued when full payment is made and I told him I was ready to pay in full as I didn’t initially request for part payment plan. He then told me that I had until June to make the payment and the ticket price is locked and guaranteed so I should not worry. I felt something off but I didn’t go with my gut feeling that day so I agreed but I asked him to send me the airline reference so I can double check on Lufthansa website myself. This took another 24 hours before I could get it and I checked, the reservation was there but there was no ticket number so I knew it was just a booking and not a confirmed ticket.
I called the agent back severally and no one picked. I then decided to send an email requesting ticket issuance. There was no response to that email. I called all through the next day and it was same. The next day, I decided to check their reviews again, I had previously done this but I just checked the first page of the reviews on trustpilot but this time, I filtered the reviews to show me the one star reviews and my findings shocked me to the bone marrow. Lots of people were in the same situation as I was…
To cut the story short, I called them back with another number and this time, they picked. I calmly told them my findings and said I wanted a refund. This is how the scam works, when they have you pay the deposit, they send an email containing the flight reservation and somewhere in that email written in the tiniest of fonts is a caveat stating that your quoted fare is only valid for about 3 days from the date you paid the deposit but this will be contrary to what you will be told over the phone. They’ll infact ensure that you’re convinced to pay closer to your travel date. Then when that time comes, you’ll be told that that fare is not valid again and you’ll then be made to pay through your nose even higher than what the airline is selling directly at that moment.
Anyway, I raved, ranted, cursed over the phone and the guy asked me to send an email requesting a refund. I told him I was recording all of our conversations and I actually was from that point onwards. Well it will suffice to say that that email was not responded to and I haven’t had the energy to show them craze since then. I had my mum open her Monzo app and report the transaction as fraudulent with evidence showing I requested ticket issuance even before the allotted date in their email. Monzo stated that they had contacted them and it will take up until 22 July before they hear back from them merchant. Anyway we’ve counted our loss and moved on.
I eventually purchased directly from British airways website to avoid any more stories that touch because I was really shaken by that experience despite my supposed “wokeness level”. They are also a registered company because I checked on gov.Uk so the level at which they operate is different from the norm. So let’s be careful out there and be very mindful cos the level of scam is just on another level entirely. |

Okay. Thanks tunlex01: For ICT BA, ACS will likely cut up to 8 years of your experience because your prior degrees are not IT related and the 2021 may be inconsequential since it's recent. For Vetassess Mgt Consultant occupation, only experience after 2015 will be counted by Vetassess as Babcock is a tier 2 university. Also, Vetassess will still chop off at least 1 year after 2015. With these two bodies, your job descriptions have to be totally aligned to the occupation's JDs in ANZSCO to avoid a negative assessement. |

You need to upgrade yourself When did your Aunt graduate? Education leave people that are not involved in continuous learning. Reason degrees are becoming less important AoifeNightfall: I don't see anything wrong with his English grammar.
I have an aunt who schooled in the UK and graduated top of her class but still types like this guy.
She says in UK universities no one cares if you speak/type impeccable English because the way they learn there is very different from here. What matters the most is that you understand what they are teaching you perfectly.
But of course it is relatively dependent on the kind of course you are studying. |
