Well since you didn't drive for long before identifying with the problem. Would have suggested you change your fuel pump. But its all good it was detected on time and the problem solved almost immediately. Now back to the petrol filling station. I have come to a decisive conclusion that some filling stations don't know how to construct properly their storage pit. Some of them make their ground slopy there by allow easy flow of water down to the storage pit. Have seen cases of such. You are one of a lucky man |
Check your IPDM (intelligent power distribution module) guess some 1 has tampered with it |
. Funny poster. For a 1994 model its going to be difficult to run a scan. But if you are ready there are a lot of experts in the house. Reach out to any of them not the reverse of the case |
Go for a v6. Most people don't consider the body weight ratio when buying a car. Expecting a v4 to move a substantial weight is just a no for me. |
Go back and run another scan. A fault code (s) would be given to you. Post them here. Then we take it up from there |
Power steering oil . There is a problem with your antilock braking system. Just go run a scan on your car. Is your car an auto transmission? |
Bump! !! |

What is wrong with your Murano |
And do you think the "op" would feel comfortable watching his check light on ? @ "op" first thing you need check is your fuel tank cover. Open the cover and check if it is in good order. Another thing is if the cover is properly fitted In |
Inshort use that car for like 3 days and re scan after. |
@ lomomike . If I give him the cost for the carbon canister. They go say we dey vex. Thank God some1 else is testifying to this. Like I said am interested in this car issue of the "op". As for the "op" not to scare you drive your car. But you are yet to start . Just drive the car and rescan again. Good luck bro |
No pending codes or no fault code stored? Have you driven the car after you rescanned?? What is the state of the car in terms of its performance after working upon some of the errors |
Do you over fill your tank like I earlier asked?Though you have started well but you haven't still tackled the main culprits. Well have you rescaned the car? To see what codes you still have left |
Am interested in this case, what do you mean by evap housing. |
Ask your mechanic to check your transmission mount and also your engine mounts too |
This code that you have especially the evaporative emission control system. Let me just hush and watch as the "op" goes on with his ride. I want to believe you over fill your tank when buying fuel to the extent of fuel gushing out of your tank. "Op" you would spend money for this code to be treated properly. |
Ok what part of lagos are you in, check my profile to get my number, bb pin is 7BE1C522 |
For the "op" type of car (ford focus 2002) no one would ever duplicate that type of key for #1200 that amount hasn't taken care of the cost of buying an extra key not to talk of programming it. |
The problem is your car needs to be scanned to get the cause. A 1000+ things could allow a car jerk but inorder to be sure please run a scan. A fault code would be given to you. Post the fault codes here |
Call 08165520837 or 08156087872 if you are in lagos |
I thought they say its all scam ![]() |
Another ECU story again. . Even though your ecu is defective you would get an error code but this might be dependent on the level of defection. There are other obvious and physicall ways to know if an ecu is bad not cos of a mere vibration. Your car is due for tune up. If this is done your car would surely run fine. If you are in lagos could come check the car out for you |
Thank God you are testifying to the good work of an obd scanner. Guess you used the wrong fluid earlier or your transmission was due for service. I love your quick response to the obd codes you got after you scanned. At least far better than buying a complete transmission |
Why are people alwys so quick to change an engine when ever a problem persists in a car. 1) is your car a 6 cylinder engine or 4 cylinder 2) is there black smoke coming out of your exhaust 3) whenever your car is parked over a periods of time or while moving do you percieve fuel smelling around 4) is your exhaust leaking in summary go run a scan. Call 08165520837 or 08156087872 to run a scan |
What standard have used to determine that your car consumes fuel. If the standard was correct am sure you have a service engine soon on your car. Go scan your car so as to pinpoint the exact cause for fuel consumption. A fault code would be given to you. Post them here. |

No you can't get a good golf 3. Its better you keep your money to the expected purchase fee for golf 3 rather than get it cheap. If you get it for 200k expect to spend double that money on fixing most of its problem |
You don't want to go through the stress and cough out so much from your pocket would you?? |
Pls give state full details of your car. Even after that. Go run a comprehensive scan on your car first. A fault code would be given to you. Irrespective of if you are made to comprehend those fault codes or not post fault codes here. |
Go run a scan on your Abs that would reveal what is wrong with your Abs |
