Wait until your transmission packs up and you wld come back crying here. Go read the meaning of Abs and I bet you would love to treat that Abs malfuncion light with immediate effect |

This westerners won't kill us. If a person misplaces one of those keys only God knows how much we gonna use to programme one of those keys ![]() |
Go run a scan on your car to know the culprit. Call this number to run a scan if you in lagos 08165520837 or 08156087872 |
Vsc (vehicle stability control) should in no way be on your instrument cluster. I guess you do not have only the vsc, your check light would be on too. To cut the long story short. Go run a scan on your car and post fault codes here |
Ok you getting some where then |
Bro if your compressor drags its either they change the bearing and coil or change the entire compressor and let them also check the belt of the compressor if has no marking yet. I hada similar problem like this on an lexus rx330 and the problem has been fixed. If your car allows you to scan your Ac pls scan it. But I doubt for a toyota camry 2003 |
Go run a scan on your car and post codes here, then we take it up from there. A whole lot could cause stalling. In order to be safe go ahead and run a scan on your car. Some fault codes should be given to you. Post us those fault codes |
This is not a matter of buying a Nigerian used car. There are sone cars that were even bought abroad and the buyer ever regretted buying the car. Back to the opreator. For an issue like this don't want to believe that was the only fault code on that car. Might even be in the end he might need to buy a complete transmission. @ "op" go run a more comprehensive scan and post fault codes here. Like I said run a data stream too |
You drove a car fro lagos to owerri that couldnt acceleration more than 80km/h. You had your check light on and never bothered what could be wrong. Hmmm!!!!! Your mechanic comes and tell you engine seized. A common professional scanning would have saved you this extravaganza. I need you to answer the following 1) what test did your mechanic carry out to confirm that the engine was stucked 2) did you notice any form of overheating Bro I would just advice you run a professional scan on this car first before your engine sees more hell from those road side mechanics when I mean scan am talkn about scanners all modules on your car and not just using a blue tooth scanner which wouldn't pick important areas. When you run that scan a comprehensive result should be given to you. Now come back here and post results of the scan. If possible a data stream should be inculcated into this. After this we can take it up from there |
If you are in lagos call thia number 08165520837 or 08156087872 |
If this come to existence. My appearance must for sure follow for this |
Hmmm. Guess the front wheel speed sensor wiring must have been over stretched like I said still go ahead and run a scan |
Scan your ride. A professional type of scanning would scan your Abs.for your camry 2001. You cannot scan the Abs through your obd2 port. For you to scan your Abs it has to be scanned via the obd port in your engine bay |
Call 08165520837 or 08156087872 |
Ok. Check my profile for my number |
Are you in lagos? If you are you can go down to automedics to get it. They sell between the range of 20k-25k |
Give us proper detail of your vechicle. Like how many cylinders I.e a v6 or i4. Go ahead and change the faulty 02 sensor. Ask your electrician to test which of them is faulty |
The op sent me an email and from what I saw. I can ascertain that the throttle body is controlled mechanically I.e a drive by cable. So the issue of relearn is ruled out. What am suspecting the "op" hasn't still gotten the right throttle body. Although a physical inspection would be best for a thing like this |
I replied you |
Wat actuator are you talking about be more specific. Give us proper details of car. There are so many actuators on cars but I want to believe you talking about the throttle actuator |

Novice you said. Smh!!! ![]() |
Guess that car is an auto tranny. I would advice you go for a scan. Now when I mean scan I dont mean using a bluetooth scanner because most people believe cos its cheap but forget to accept the fact that it has so many restrictions when scanning. If you have your check light on go for a comprehensive scan. And post codes here then we take it up frm there |
What year of 4 runner are you looking @ ? |

Google is a friend like you recommended you tube to City NG |
@ op pls go for a more professional scan. Sure you would have fault codes and pls when scanning dont let them rule out scanning the immobiliser as this is what is causing your car not to start up |
Yes I have. Like I said earlier if you have that padlock sign on your instrument cluster. Your car is locked and needs to be reprogrammed for it to start again. If I may ask what type of scan tool was used on this ride ?Reason am asking is the job on this ride far out weighs the capabilities of an obdd2 scanner |
There is no point trying to let you comprehend. City NG said the same as I did earlier. OMG!! You reside in Nigeria or uk be it whatever place and you have never heard of obd3 diagnostic tools ![]() |
@ city NG leave that man alone. I had to read through all. And I had to laugh all through his arguments. Same way he said dealership scanners ain't available to us. And i almst asked myslef aint he black?. Wonder where the "us" came from. All he does on this forum is to flex his muscles ![]() |
Your car is a drive by wire so you can do a relearn. But now the relearn process would be made possible depending on the type of scan tool you use |
