What if I pay for the evaluation here in Nigeria? That is I log on to his WES account and pay. Would they accept the payment being that the name on my card and the name of the WES are different names?

The school received a mail to verify the authenticity of the transcripts and certificate, they(The school) replied but mail bounced back, and this is worrisome.

I am the principal applicant for Express Entry.
my international passport bears my maiden name, WES and IELTS also bear my maiden name.
But my bank account bears my martial surname.
I am worried about my martial surname on my bank account, because that’s the account I intend to use as POF. Hope it won't raise brows that the names are different? Is this issue worthy of being worried about or there are steps I need to take?
P.S: I have my marriage certificate and change of name details.

I'm sorry I don't think I follow. Are you saying I need to get a reference letter from my bank even though I am using a gift deed and I fixed the money in a different organization?

I just received the document checklist from my husband showing that I need to provide, as a secondary applicant, my employment record (reference letter), which I had thought won’t be needed. Is there something we aren’t doing right because my work experience is not included in our CRS that got us ITA.

But is it safe to use 100% gift deed from one's mom? I'm in the same shoe but my funds are tied up in different places and I don't want to start explaining the lump deposits into my account, but if it's from a gift deed, fine since I'll notarise it.

Would it pose any challenge if it's 100% gift deed even though applicant is a worker?

My dad gave me a sum to complete my POF from his savings with my elder brother. The money was sent through my brother account to my account and which I transferred to my mutual fund account where my POF is.

Asides showing my mutual fund account statement for 6 months;
1. Which other financial statements do I need to submit?
2. Will the gift deed be signed by my elder brother or my dad or both of them.

My father wants to deposit lump sum into the joint account I have with my husband and that's the account we intend using for POF. The fund is actually coming from my cousin to my dad so as to do a gift deed. My question are: (1) does my dad need to print his own statement of account and submit alongside gift deed or just the gift deed is okay? (2) My husband wants to move his personal savings in his account to our joint account. After writing loe to say that he moved his personal savings, does he also need to show his SOA? Pls help, I have read page 1 and this question is personal.
