He doesn't necessarily have to transfer to u...a bank ref letter from his bank and a letter of consent from him that you have access to the account for both of ur immigration endeavours will suffice in my opinion.

(1)NO...only POF bank requires bank letter
(2)Do u have the POF sum in the Zenith bank already? If yes get a reference letter and SOA (if applicable).
(3)In my opinion to keep it simple if the money is split btw both couple personal savings, accompanying spouse ONLY should transfer to PA savings account(Bank A) that has the bulk money. This way all you need is Bank letter & SOA from Bank A and an LOE explaining the bulk transfer from your spouse to support your immigration plans. IF all the money is from husband no need to transfer upandan just get consent letter from him that you have access to the money. Trick is keep it simple whatever u decide to do.

Please fellow potential canadians I need clarification on bank certificate. I read the format from page 1. My question is:

1) Am I to get financial certificate from all the banks that I have savings with (eg Access, GTB, Fidelity) despite not using them as POF?
2) POF is coming from Zenith bank where I have a joint account with spouse which I assume is the only bank we have business of bank statement and financial certificate with.
3) Are we (couple) allowed to transfer our savings from our individual accounts to joint account in lump sums.
4) Do I at any point need to mention all the banks I bank with a letter.

If it has a transcript & u can get the institution to send it via postal mail or electronically I'll suggest you go with WES. You can choose the upgrade ur report option if you used WES initially for ur BSc.
It may just come out as 1 or 2 years Postgraduate diploma. That's how past pioneers discovered the courses most persons do today

You can combine NOCs as long as they all fall btw NOC A,B and 0 categories, the primary NOC has to be a job u worked at continuously for a year or more (which u met) the second NOC can complete the remnant 2 years.
So basically you are good to go... no need to decline ITA.
Just gather ur docs & apply.

Hello Gurus, I’m new here please. I have been following all the updates and I’ve learnt a lot but I am at dilemma right now. I received ITA 2 weeks ago and I am planning to submit next week.

However, I’ve been advised to be careful for the below reason. I have 2 NOCs but my primary NOC only has 14months experience. My total years of work experience is 5 years. I’m told I should have used the other NOC as my primary NOC as primary NOCs should be 3years or more experience.

Do I decline and re-enter the pool? CRS is 478.

Anyone with PPR that had one year experience in their primary NOC?

You can prepare the gift deed yourself(type&Print)...have relevant parties sign and take to court to notarize(not necessary).
Check page 1 for sample if it's there or someone on the thread can send/share a sample to u

As @Debieeee advised, take ur time to carefully go thru page 1 if you want to make a success of this journey...make notes if u must
It's not enough to do WES, the level of Credentials evaluated matters (MSc/BSc/HND+ND).
Similarly 'doing' IELTS is not enough...the grades obtained matters.
With the IELTS grades & Degree evaluated you can enter the pool and be assigned a CRS but with a low IELTS grade and/or academic Qualification one stand little chance. Again STUDY page 1!!!

I agree with @Iasignor, another consideration though is ur current/estimated CRS score with ur results. If its 475 & above there may be no need to remark as u will likely get ITA with reccent trend. #MyThoughts

Losing 5 points could be your undoing. Let him retake the English test (possible 20pts wrt L8.0|R7.0|W7.0|S7.0), if togetherness as a family all time means a lot to guys. If not, go with the spouse unaccompanying option.

No go rope yourself with needless LOE ooo....it will only put ur application under the microscope in my opinion.
Did u genuinely work there? Get paid/commission? If yes & can be proved then no need to fear...highest they ask for proof of salary payment or send ur file to AVO for country/case-specific review as @Kekerekun said. They could even not care self and ur worry will be baseless
So many possibilities but LOE is not an option I think.

As @limitlessbond pointed out, certificate courses wont help him right now. Even masters may not be of any good if CRS scores surge again.
Best to channel his energy on TEF as some persons have successfully done.

The whole idea of gift deed signed in front of witnesses is so that the giver/donor cannot lay claim in the future....its just easier to understand if the gift is coming from a family member. Some people's guardian is their Uncle/Aunty, the important thing is that the gift be legitimate and not someone who is trying to game the system. Key here is legitimacy

P.S: A loan giver will NEVER acquiesce to signing a gift deed, because he will enter one chance & no way he can redeem the loan as he has signed it off already.

Yes!!! Big issue.

Your uncle cannot directly provide PoF for you. Get him to send it to either one of your parents who would then forward it to you and then you do a gift deed (Notarised or not). Anything short of this will get your application rejected o.
