BEWARE… BEWARNED! Nigerians are increasingly dying as a result of kidney disease. HOW TO AVERT THE MENACE OF KIDNEY DISEASE: 1. Stop delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and nephritis, plus uremia. When nature calls do it as soon as possible. 2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily. 3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage. 4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. You should cut down the amount of Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull, etc thst you drink daily. 5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through kidneys. ***Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking enough water: Look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better. 6. Late treatment. Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly. Beloved and my dear, let’s help ourselves… Share, if you care. —————- Also avoid these Tablets, they are very dangerous: * D-Cold * Vicks Action-500 * Actified * Coldarin * Cosome * Nice * Nimulid * Cetrizet-D They contain Phenyl Propanol-Amide PPA which causes Strokes and are banned in USA. Important Health Tips: 1. Answer phone calls with the left ear. 2. Don’t take your medicine with cold water…. 3. Don’t eat heavy meals after 5pm. 4. Drink more water in the morning, less at night. 5. Best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4 am. 6. Don’t lie down immediately taking medicine or after meals. 7. When phone’s battery is low to last bar, don’t answer the phone; the radiation is 1000 times stronger. Cc: Seun, Mynd 44, Lala. Please move this post to the permanent site |

I want all nairalanders to please come to my rescue with my girlfriend. There is this lady we have dating for 6 months now. It all started when I broke up with my ex girlfriend of over 3 years because of tribe (she's Igbo, while I'm Yoruba). I attend the same church with this lady, we've been best of friends for over 8 years. She has a guy she was dating before, but they couldn't continue because her mum told her she went for spiritual enquiry and she was told they're not compatible. Around June this year, I approached her declaring my intention of how much I love her and want her to be mine. She told me before she can accept my proposal, I should first do a spiritual consultation so as to know our compatibility in order to avoid another occurrence of the issue she had with her boyfriend. I did as she requested by calling a pastor I trust so much to help me do a spiritual enquiry to the relationship and marriage respectively. He called me back after few days that it is safe to go into a relationship with her. I communicated the report of my findings to the lady, she further requested for another spiritual enquiry from my parish pastor. I obliged and did as she requested because I was madly in her at this point. My pastor gave me her own findings that we are compatible that there will be an "antagonist" to the relationship in her family. I knew at this point that the antagonist is her mother because she told me she discussed with her mum that I asked her out and the mother refused on spot. But she agreed to date me, that she will talk to her mum as time goes on. We started dating, the relationship became so interesting and envy to all. Fast forward to six months, she started misbehaving and wasn't flowing as she used to. I noticed this changes in her and I decided to investigate what was going on. After several attempts, she agreed to discuss the issue. She told me that recently she has been receiving messages from different prophets that we are not compatible and she will regrets it if she goes ahead and with the relationship. Then I became confused of what was going on If God is an author of confusion. I didn't know what to believe anymore, because I was suspecting it's her mum that is doing those things and this is a lady I love so much and even planning to propose to by the ending of next year. Nlders I know you guys have never disappointed in helping out in this kind of issue and I'm trusting on your intellectual ability to help me because this is killing me emotionally |

Vice - President Yemi Osinbajo on Sunday said there was no justification for people in North-East of Nigeria to remain in the Peoples Democratic PARTY (PDP). Osinbajo stated this when many members of PDP decamped to the All Progressives Congress Party (APC) in Dutse, the Jigawa state capital. Osinbajo, represented by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Yakubu Dogara, said it was never too late for anyone wishing to join APC to do so. “There is no justification for anyone in the north-east to remain in PDP. “Therefore, I call on all my brothers and sisters in north-east to join our great party -APC . “This is because we want all hands in building Nigeria, our great nation. You can never be too late in joining the APC”, he said. The vice president therefore called on all in the north-east to join APC to build the nation together. Osinbajo further called on those yearning for change to exercise patience, adding that President Muhammad Buhari would soon unveil the programmes he had for the nation. “I want assure those who are saying that they are tired of waiting to see the change. The change is coming soon as discussions are ongoing. “The President will soon reveal the programmes of the APC when he presents the 2016 budget on Tuesday. “You will see the mindset of the president who is ready to reposition the country”, the vice-president said. He urged Nigerians to pray for the president and the APC to succeed. Source: http://www.247nigerianewsupdate.co/2015/12/no-justification-for-anyone-in-north.html?m=1 |
