One thing is sure for any goalkeeper, no matter how good he is percieved to be would hardly achieve any success with this barca team. The team structure cum philosophy gvs little or no importance to the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper is even trained and skilled with the beautiful art of tiki-taka. Hence, howlers of last night's kind will always come out live when a goalkeeper is rarely tested week-in week-out. Guys, let's cut VV some slack; he's not a bad goalkeeper.
