Now my problem is shipping to delta state and food services. People talk a lot about konga and also Jumia and I heard people also pressing the dislike buttons on both website. Australian Chef Kills And Cooks Girlfriend

Police went to his apartment after reports of a foul "rotting meat" smell and found body parts in a pot on the stove.
An Australian chef has killed his girlfriend, dismembered her and boiled parts of her body before taking his own life, police say.

Marcus Volke, 28, was fleeing officers who had come to his Brisbane apartment after reports of a foul smell when he slashed his own throat.

Officers discovered body parts of Volke's girlfriend in a pot on the stove, while other parts of the Indonesian woman's mutilated body were found in garbage bins outside the apartment, according to local media.

Police are still to formally identify the body.

The couple had moved into the recently opened apartment complex in the wealthy riverside suburb Teneriffe just weeks ago, according to reports.

Volke had met his girlfriend while they were both working as chefs aboard international cruise ships. He had recently returned to Australia, his mother said.

"He was happy and he was coming home for Christmas, everything was normal," Dorothy Volke told the Courier-Mail from her home in Victoria.

Police said they were trying to establish the exact time of death.

They arrived at the apartment on Saturday night when other residents in the complex said a "rotting meat" smell had pervaded the area.

Volke then fled through a glass door and leapt over a balcony and hid in an alleyway where he killed himself.

Resident Courtney Reichart told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) that she first noticed the smell on Wednesday and it got worse each day.

"On Saturday when I came out for a walk, it made your eyes water, it made you want to be sick," she said.

"The smell it was like as if somebody had put out some dog food or red meat and left it out for a few days.

"It makes you feel sick that that poor girl sat there for however many days and we've been walking past, living our lives and thinking 'hmmm what's that smell', but you don't put two and two together.

"You don't think that a bad smell equals a murder."

Ms Reichart had met the couple a number of times, telling the ABC that they were a "normal couple" and the girlfriend was "gorgeous".

Volke was originally from the Victorian city of Ballarat, where his funeral will be held.

First Case Of Ebola Diagnosed In United States

The first case of ebola has been diagnosed in the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has confirmed.

The patient is a man who became infected in Liberia and flew to Texas, where he is now being treated in hospital, a CDC spokesman said.

He is not a healthcare worker, the spokesman added.

The Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas said earlier it had placed a person in strict isolation based on their "symptoms and recent travel history".

CDC director Doctor Thomas Frieden told a press conference US hospitals are well prepared to handle patients with ebola, adding the virus should not pose the same threat in the US as it does in Africa.

"I have no doubt that we will control this importation of this case of ebola so that it does not spread widely in this country," he said.

Dr Frieden said he did not believe there is a threat to passengers on the same flight to the US as the patient, who did not display any symptoms when he left Liberia or upon entering the US.

He arrived in Texas on September 20 on a family visit.

The man sought treatment six days later and has been in hospital since the weekend.

Dr Frieden said he has potentially exposed a "handful" of family members and others to the virus. They are being closely monitored for symptoms, which include fever, vomiting, diaorrhoea and bleeding.

Twelve other people in the US have been tested for ebola since July, with all the results negative.

A handful of US medical workers who were infected in West Africa have been flown back to the US for treatment and have recovered.

Meanwhile, the British government has pledged a further £20m ($32.4m) to help the fight against ebola in Sierra Leone.

It comes on top of the UK's existing £100m ($162m) action plan, International Development Secretary Justine Greening announced.

An international conference is to be held in London on Friday to raise awareness of the disease and discuss how the global community can provide an effective response.

The US has announced it will send 1,400 troops to Liberia in the coming weeks, including engineers who will help build new ebola treatment centres.

The current ebola outbreak has infected 6,574 people across five countries and killed 3,091, according to the World Health Organisation.

Your DAD is about 80yrs OLD and the doctor says your DAD needs an operation to save is life and the operation would cost 60 million Naira. You go to the ward to see lying down helplessly. He then said, MY SON, PLEASE SAVE ME, I don't want to die".

A friend said he would never drop the money because this is life and he needs the money to start up his life. I then asked him if the man was truly the father. He said he doesn't have a good relationship with the man.

Man Drops New iPhone Seconds After Buying It


One of the first people in the world to get his hands on the new iPhone swiftly had his heart in his mouth… when he dropped it on the floor.

The man, who was identified by local media as Jack Cooksey, was at the front of the queue in Perth, Australia, to pick up an iPhone 6, which is priced at over £500 in the UK.

Television cameras focused in on him as he excitedly opened the box, but his happiness soon turned to panic as it crashed onto the floor.

The crowd around him groaned as he bent down to pick it up and check there were no cracks.

"All good," he said laughing.

He told Perth Now: "I dropped it in a panic to get it open.

"Luckily it's covered in plastic, so it's fine."

Apple fans in Australia were among the first to be able to buy an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus due to the time difference.

People in the UK and US can also buy the new models from Friday.

Hundreds of people queued outside the Apple store in Covent Garden and took part in a 10-second countdown before the doors opened at 8am.

Cheering fans were escorted into the shop by staff.

I have been there for this girl.. Loved her and cherished her... I took pains for her just because i truly LOVE her...I took her to see my people so she could understand i truly want the best for us...

I met her when she was really struggling to gain admission into the University and we worked out the MATHS together just to see her through...Immediately she gain the admission, she changed.. She tells me its OVER at every little problem we had and all i do is CRY because i really do LOVE her and cherish HER so much... I give her everything she needs and i spend time thinking on how to make her HAPPY ALWAYS just because i cared about her....

The real problem began when she traveled Home after her first year. On a cool evening two weeks after she got home, she uploaded pictures on her Facebook between she and her EX...I called her and she never picked up the call.. I left her messages so she could explain to me what happened and she never replied. I tried calling that Night and she never picked up until 1am and her reply was " WETIN SELF, I NO FIT SNAP PICTURES WITH SOMEBODY AGAIN,I TELL YOU SAY MY EX DEY STAY MY AREA..I DEY WAKA I COME SEE AM ,HE SAY MAKE I SNAP WITH AM SO I COME SNAP WITH AM" I was heartbroken by the response but i had to be strong.. She later called and told me she was no Longer interested in the RELATIONSHIP and that she LOVES her EX... I tried explaining to her that i was there for her and i love her so much and i really want 2 be with her. I explained 2 her that i so much love her and this can KILL me so soon and she insisted i should stop calling her... I was furious all through the night...Then she later called me crying. I asked why she was crying and she said she had hurt me so much and i was too good to her. She said she never deserved me and that she had things 2 tell me... She later Opened up that she lied about her EX and that she slept with HIM.. I was Heartbroken again and wept. She said she never intended to do it and she felt guilty about everything.. I said i still Love you and still don't care about the Mistake you made and we can move on and i will still LOVE u.. She later said she slept with her REV father. I was speechless on hearing that and asked how she got involved with him. Video has emerged of Liberian ebola clinic workers dressed in contamination suits chasing an escaped patient through the streets after he left a treatment centre to visit a market.

There were chaotic scenes as crowds followed infected man, who was wearing a wristband to show he had tested positive for the disease, and some stallholders argued with him as he approached.

The patient escaped from Monrovia's Elwa hospital, which last month was so crowded with cases of the deadly disease that it had to turn people away.

One woman at the scene said: "The patients are hungry, they are starving. No food, no water.

"The government needs to do more. Let Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf [the President of Liberia] do more."

Onlookers cheered as health workers arrived in their protective outfits and try to convince the patient to give himself up.[size=8pt][/size]

The man, who shows no outward signs of the diarrhoea and bleeding that the virus causes, refuses to return with the health workers and they eventually grab him and carry him away to a waiting ambulance.

At least 1,552 people have been killed by the current ebola outbreak, with 3,062 patients infected overall, according to the latest figures from the World Health Organization.

There has been widespread panic buying, a shortage of staple foods and severe prices in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia since movement restrictions were imposed to stop the spread of the virus.

At one market stall in Liberia, a nation which has suffered 694 fatalities so far, the price of cassava skyrocketed by 150% in a matter of days.

And despite the UN's World Food Programme launching an emergency operation to get 65,000 tonnes of supplies sent to deprived areas, many patients in quarantined areas are starving.


To compound the problem, labour shortages are expected in all three West African countries, weeks before the main harvesting season for maize and rice begins.

The production of other crops such as rubber, palm oil and cocoa could also be seriously affected, sending thousands of vulnerable people further into poverty.

Vincent Martin of the FAO added: "Even prior to the ebola outbreak, households in some of the affected areas were spending up to 80% of their incomes on food.

"Now these latest price spikes are effectively putting food completely out of their reach."

The UN agency has warned that more than 20,000 people could be infected with ebola before the outbreak comes to an end.
