By Joseph Erunke ABUJA – THE cold relationship between the Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, was openly displayed, Tuesday, in Abuja during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day Celebration, with the former refusing to accept handshake extended to him by the police boss. Both were at the event held at the National Archade, Abuja, to mark the climax of the activities of the 2019 Armed Forces Remembrance Day celebration. The police chief, who was standing near the mounted podium at the event, had saluted the Senate President, preparatory to a handshake as has been the practice, but instead of walking towards Idris to accept the handshake from him, the Senate President steadily looked at him and walked away to shake the service chiefs who were standing together with the IGP. But the case was different with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, who had arrived at the occasion not only in company of the Senate President, but also took walked to the podium to take salutes at the same time. |

If this write up is true, it then means that the raw cow milk this imam has been drinking from his early age has affected his brain and sadly no remedy |
omoowo8888:To hell with APC and PDP that's the problem or have you forgotten that 80% of the politicians in PDP when bokoharam started are now in APC. I hate it when blame is pushed . The solution should just come fast. Who ever wins the election should do the needful and stop this bokoharam. Both political parties should stop pointing fingers because the blame can go round . Unless you are saying since bokoharam started in the PDP era that there is no solution anytime soon. We are all humans irrespective of religion or party, after the elections we will remain neighbours, friends and should not be at each others throat. The beauty of democracy says we can support any political party and not suffer because the party one prefers looses or not. |
omoowo8888:I am not interested in comparison all I want is for the killings to just stop. |
omoowo8888:Always shifting the goal post and for how long |

Await reply from NLC to see if they will continue with the madness |
President Muhammadu Buhari has said the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) wants to force his government to print more money to meet their demands. He narrated the situation using the parable of a mad woman. Speaking in an interview with Arise TV, Buhari asked the NLC how they expect his government and state governors to get N30,000 minimum wage, considering the struggle to pay N18,000. “I have just mentioned how much this country was earning between 1999 and 2014, but there are states that were not paying salaries. “We had to do what you call bailout twice and then paid Paris Club and whatever it is, up till now there are states that for six months are not paying one kobo. “So, when the recruited labour wanted salaries to be increased, I had to relapse into my culture, Hausa culture, and told them about a mad woman; she went to make firewood, she made firewood, she tied it, once she couldn’t carry it because it was too heavy, she increased it instead of reducing. “When they can’t pay the basic salary of N18,000 per month, they say it should go to N30,000. My budget presentation was no secret, I read it all out. Where do we get the money? “Do we print more currency? If you do it, you cannot control inflation, but if we have to stay in government, they would force us to print more money, let everybody be a millionaire,” Buhari said. |

Why miss lead Nigerians. I have gone through the internet and all news concerning this INEC matter and no where was it stated that you are married to the president's son. Haba why can't you people just say the truth without unnecessary animosity to issues. All I have gathered is that you are the president's neice. How does being a neice relate to u being an inlaw |
