Stone03: Let me tell you that there is a sinister motive championed by Obama to empower terrorism. Obama orchestrated the ravaging havoc of ISIS. Leaving those weapons in the hands of the Taliban forces is a careful premeditated plan of Obama agenda. Biden is just a figure in the office that doesn't know anything talk more of ruling. Hmmm....tell me more! Never knew Obama is suddenly this powerful even after leaving office. A black man for that matter.. |

Adiob200: How true is this picture ......can we say boys study more than girls? Lol...a funny incident happened when I was in secondary school. At the beginning of a new term, our teacher asked us to bring out our books that she/he wanted to check them out. Some of us were excited cos we wanted to impress with how new and intact our books were, as per careful students. Omo come see gobe oo. If the teacher opened your book and it was still new, you have case to answer, as in punishment. If they opened it and it was old and worn out, you were commended as reading and using your books. It was a reverse psychology that I found awkward those days. I still get amuses whenever I remember that incident.. |

nosiebaba: Now the US has fled Afghanistan without evacuating there multi billion dollar weapons, equipments and helicopters. Even a number of the well known black hawk helicopter has fallen into the hands of the tali and. Russia and China and iran must be tearing those weapons apart now to know the secret of usa weapons and even build better ones. Lol..you don't know United States of America. For them to have left those there, they have a motive. They also must have taken away the more important ones. Again, don't be fooled, the US military probably have upgraded to better military hardwares than the ones being left behind. They cann't afford to be that stupid.. |

tensazangetsu20: Bros trust me once I leave this country I wilk never come back and I will lay a curse on my generations. Anyone who decides to come back to Africa will die immediately he lands in African country. I shall lay the curse naked. Walai and I also tell my children the same thing. Anyday they return to where I have struggled to escape from they will die.
There's really no job in Nigeria I can come for. Maybe before I became a programmer you can say so. But all the money I make from programming it's white men. Infact my present skillset and how good I am now was my boss that took me under his mentorship and taught me so much. He's a white man. I have brought In two young Nigerians both juniors into the same company and he's also all teaching us. The same people were rejected by companies in Nigeria but na oyinbo man still come give them chance. Through his mentorship I have gone to work on projects that are used by billion dollar companies. Billion with a b o. As for political position, you can forget it. I will never ever contest to Be a politician in the zoo. I never even did my nysc after graduation so that disqualifies me and I don't give a Bleep.
There's really nothing Nigeria has given me I can say yes thank God I am a Nigerian. My university education wasn't even in Nigeria. As for working in Nigeria. I have only worked with a Nigerian company for two months and that was it the rest of my work has been with companies based abroad.
Secondary Citizen lol maybe for other professions not for programmers O. You don't know what is going on now. The tech industry is basically an employee's market now. This other countries I am talking about. Their salaries might not be USA level but they are ten times higher than Nigeria. I won't pay rent. Food will be given to me. This was stated explicitly at the interviews I have done so basically my salary will just be a pocket money. You can feel the desperation in their eyes even during interviews.
As for my family I really wish them well. The only thing I will do is build a house in Ghana for my mom and dad to stay in and bring my sister over immediately she graduates but as for Nigeria once I am done that's it. Even if I come to Africa to visit I will go to another African country and then the person who wants to see me will come there. Chaiii....this one strong oooo. Bros easy ooo. See as you finish work here.. Naija don really do you strong thing |

Saynoomore: As far as I'm concerned, what you have just done is practical Christianity!
Being a Christian does not begin & end with going to church.
Forget whatever turns out as the outcome. You have played your part. The little lad might make some mistakes in the line if his new-found business, but he will learn and improve, and hopefully tell his story someday. I'm sure he won't forget your gesture.
If he is in Lagos, and you can give a vivid description of where you found him, pls pm me.
Cheers bro!
Edited, What if he is not a Christian? Being a moralist or sanctimonious does not make you a Christian cos their are demons possessed people who do better than that. Don't be a learner |

SeaTrade: Have been very busy all through today trying to fix some things,
So after all that ,decided to go to coldstone to grab some ice cream to calm my head. Seated inside, wasn't so pleased while I was having it because I saw a lot of things I don't like.
1) Parents pampering unruly children. If you carry that behaviour come close to me I will give you a stern warning infront of your parents regardless the outcome.
2) Treating maids like subhumans. Nigerians are very fond of this, like it's so easy to spot the maid amongst them because usually they cloth them in rags, their hair always turn to baobab tree under their watch whereas their kids always look fly and fresh, they are being talked to so rudely and with so much authority whereas their kids who might probably amount to nothing in life are always spoon-fed and get the best treatments, seated at different tables even though they came together, atleast the one I see today them try buy am ice cream sha
Anyways, got uncomfortable with the whole environment and left.
Got to my car,a kid (10-12yrs)approached me and asked me for food money or something ,didn't respond as I usually never do cos I really don't like begging ,but then as I was about to leave ,I asked the boy why he doesn't get a small job instead rather than beg? His response shocked me till now. He told me if I could buy him a box of pure water to sell, that I will not see him there again begging.
Was dumbfounded as I didn't expect that kind of a response from him considering his age and also I thought he was one of those career beggars.
I wanted to give him cash but didn’t have any,I told him I will come back, and left. Now I wanted to go and withdraw and give him cash but on a second thought, I said why don't I go and get him those wares instead rather than hand him cash?Atleast he will have to work to sell them off to generate cash from it ,which will teach him some principles of money atleast.
Went to the closest store, bought Ten 12bottles/pack bottled water ,load up and head back there.
Looked for him a bit around and later found him sitting helplessly, hopelessly, aimlessly on a culvert looking very frustrated mehn, probably thought I won't come back. That thought still never commot from my head like this. Anyways, handed them over to him, advised and encouraged him a little, asked how he was gonna refrigerate them?
He said there are some abokis in his street that can do that for him and he will pay them small money. Asked how he was gonna sell?He said he will take them to pleasure park tomorrow to sell. Was impressed at his sharpness tbh..he had answers to all I was asking even though he was shivering a bit cos he was intimidated or something.
Wished him well, help carry them close to the road, before I could turn to head home ,he had already moved them to the median of the road and I think I saw him counting the bottles or so ,couldn't figure as I passed fast, Reached a turn, turned again to go add his inventory but dude was already gone.Damn! Anyways make we dey see...just make we dey see.
I think Nigerian Parents, the church and religion are the reason why children are still experiencing this kind of suffering at this point in humanity.
Felt really bad today mehn, really bad. It's to be selecting the ones that want to hustle from them and help and leave the career beggars alone .
Children only,no old person. You are a very funny and strange fellow. You spoiled your good deed by blaming the church and religion too? You deserve some systematic desensitization cos you must have been watching a lot of Daddy Freezesque videos and stuff.. So, it's the church and religion's fault for every poverty stricken fellow's predicament? What if he is not a Christian? When did the church become the government? When did the church become the ones that collects citizens' taxes? Do you understand that churches owe their first responsibility to those who are brethren indeed and not just any member? Quit this your mentality cos it doesn't look good on you. Just imagine such sorry mentality?? |

Hush says he was the "money launderer" of choice for the big men and helped them move money meant for the masses in Nigeria out of Nigeria. The @fbi may be here for a lot more people not just Mr Abba Kyari. . . A @dubaipolicehq source told me that a lot of luxury hotels and facilities in their country are owned by NIGERIANS. What really gives Nigerians the confidence that Nigeria can not break and I know the world powers would change their tone very soon because trust me they won't allow Nigeria kill us like they did in 1967, so don't rejoice yet Nigeria to break and it would break into pieces
