Thank you very much for this input. Even though she is not really arrogant she does have a bit of ego and seems to hold a view that apology should not be necessary. This is something I want her to change. And I'm hoping that when she see's other people's opinion on this she will be more inclined to adjust.

What faith are you talking about bro Do you want me to force myself on her? She doesn't want the marriage again, and am better off than been with her. This woman never supportd me in anyway, I pay all the bills, house rent, diapers, food, clothes, hospital bills, etc fine it's my responsibility and I don't complain, but little appreciation wouldn't hurt. Yet she still complain, my salary including other freelance jobs is more than 150k per month, still no savings, I don't even have half plot of land. My wife absconded with our kids (2 boys). We’ve been married for 4years plus. I did everything a good husband would do to please his wife, but she never satisfied. I added some money and I bought a car, I needed the car to hustle for contracts, I cant be jumping from okada to marwa, nobody gonna take you serious. A month later, I got a printing contract from one of the best companies in Lagos, the condition is to use your money for the contract so I sold the car to print the job, I bought a machine unfortunately the machine packedup, i lost the gain and money for the car but I was able to delivered the job more that expectation but I lost huge amount of money. She always complaining ever since, when I tried to encourage her that things will be fine she will ask me ‘when’.

She treats my kids as if she wasn’t the one that brought them to this world, she always using negative words for those kids, I later realized she doesn’t love me, if she love me, she’ll equally love my kids.

4 months ago, she went to visit my younger sister in osogbo, she saw the way my sister’s business was moving fine, she fall inlove with osogbo, she sent a message thus ‘dear, guess I am in love with Oshogbo is peaceful and cool’. When she came back to Lagos, she said she wanted us to move to osogbo, after much persuasion and consideration I succumbed. We moved to osogbo, I spent more than 300k. 2 weeks later, she started complaining that osogbo is boring. I was so mad. I had to risk my life travelling from osogbo to Lagos almost every week.
On the 16th of September (a day after I celebrated our last born birthday) she left for Lagos for her sister’s wedding, I gave her 12k for tfair and other expenses. I called her a week later to remind her that our first son gonna resume school the following Monday, that’s when she said she’s no longer interested in the marriage, that I should move on, I called her mother, she said I should come see her but my family stopped me, since we never had a fight and I was not the one that sent her packing that she should be the one to come.

I’m missing my kids, they’re my life, I don’t know what to do.

In its concerted effort to stop illegal bunkering and criminal activities in the Niger Delta, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) today destroyed illegal oil refineries and barges filled with petroleum products.

The refineries and barges were sighted by NAF Diamond 42 aircraft on Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission in Bille Community of Rivers State. Thereafter, an Mi-24V helicopter gunship was called-in for attack.

The operation was a success as can be seen from the enclosed photographs of the illegal refineries and barges on fire. A similar operation was carried out with remarkable success about 2 days ago in the same location.

In modern times this would be wrong on many levels but about 200 years ago, nations and kingdoms disregarded each others rights and this would have been a perfect way of generating wealth. So the big question is has any nation ever attempted this to becom richer than other countries? Afterall they invade each others lands in selfish wars.

Some people are not getting it. Why do kingdoms wage war on resources when they can instead use those killed in war to do blood money?

However, no sane person will want to pay so much for poor renovations especially when they have to be completely redone.
3. On a limited budget? Be smart! – consistent renovations are by far the best bet to increasing the rental value of your residential property and making high returns on investment. In other words, do some mild updating in all of the rooms. You would be surprised how fresh a home looks with new paint, light fixtures/switches. All of these will most certainly add value when the time comes to lease out
4. Changing a traditional floor plan of a home and creating a more functional one is great if you have plans to increase rent. Tearing a wall out can create that “open concept layout” one desires and it doesn’t have to be expensive.
5. Timeless design – when renovating, choose styles and fixtures that will remain current, what you like may not be appealing to the masses.
6. The kitchen is always the most expensive room in the house to renovate, so proceed cautiously! It can make or break the rental value of the property. So choose your layout, design and fixtures with care and hiring a designer for input, wouldn’t be the worst decision one could make.
So remember to always have a plan before starting a renovation. There is nothing worse than a half finished kitchen and no money left in the budget to finish it! Though what is obtainable for most landlords in Nigeria is that they collect money from a tenant in advance with promises that they would love-vendor up the apartment before they move in.

In all landlords should be wise with their renovations in their bid to increase the rental value of their residential property so as not to shoot themselves in the leg on the long run.

MMM crashing in nigeria is not at the moment because the number of participants giving help is far more than those getting help and this is what keeps the system moving. Infact i provided help over 20 days ago and i am yet to be matched which means we have lots of people on queue try to give help.
Start suspecting the crash tin when you provide help and you are matched immediately,that means fewer people are giving help and that may crash the system.
For now i am cashing out big time as i study the system on daily basis...keep wailling wailers as i risk my money, atleast its my money not yours. Life itself is a risk...Legit business have their own risk too, i invested lots on poultry and didnt make gains, no one paid me back as no one will pay me back if i loose on MMM.
