You guys should let the issue of generating ref no slide but come to think of it in a country like ours where NASU can go on for years holding some of us to ransom. If there is a way of getting the ref no from Wes b4 payment that should be an advantage to us, I can get that, put my school on their heels upfront, let them be the one to await wes confirmation rather than Wes sending for confirmation and no response. |

Asking how you will raise a bank draft, visit the Cemetry titled Deceased Bank Drafts, then stand over any of the graves, then raise the bank draft from the dead. dunno why Nigerians use that term "raise bank draft" as if the bank draft died before. Anyway, unless there's a bank named Nairaland...I don't know how anyone can guide you on that other than you going to your bank and asking them. My point is do not rely heavily on this forum for every tiny wincy question you have. Do your own I research then ask questions that are peculiar to your case. You can't wing it, trust me. Good day guys Please I need some inputs on this issues. I work with the fed govt, getting paid through Ippis but for some times now my salary has been stopped due to some irregularities from ippis's side which is taking months for them to correct but I can confirm that I'm not sacked. Will Submitting proof of employment like a bank statement which shows no inflow of salary for some times now from my employer and no recent payslip raise an eyebrow? |

When you made your payment, was it only at one point before submission that it asked you to pay for both? I intend to pay for both fees before i submit but this card ish is my concern. |

So in my case I earn little as a civil servant same as hubby our plan is disposing off properties when we are ready. Someone advised here days ago that cic frown at this but to raise the POF for a family of three we have to go that way so if we are able to dispose this said properties the money is going into an account in lump so will it be nice to go the gift deed way or is the explanation the best or can we just split it into two a part as gift deed and the second explanation with proof of sales Favoredme: [quote author=dupyshoo post=62819576]You did not include the average balance for the past 6 months, which is part of the requirements. If you had done that, any huge lump sum after ITA will likely be obvious.
[b]Totally agree with this. It is always better to just get gift deed done for huge lump sum.[color=#990000]
In line with above, is it better to provide a gift deed or proof of land sale for a lump sum (about half of the POF for a family of 5)? Especially in a case where both PA and spouse have been working for over 10years each?
Please, help with a response. Thank you. |

Please reading through some pages now I stumbled on a page where someone wrote about POF using the valuation from an agent to secure UK visa. In my case I have a building valued at 7m some parcels of land which can go for 4m and planning to buy into Tbills with abt 2m to my questions please can valuation of this said properties be enough to scale through or must I show evidences of on going sales? Please just trying to understand how this works so as to get prep ahead |
