Adoption to me is man made concept that aligns with God's charity commandment perfectly.

By Christian definition we are adopted children of God; reconciled to God by Christ Jesus. So adoption is a good thing because God did it first!

By nature we are serpent seeds; that's why none is righteous, no, not one! But now we are reconciled to God through the sacrifice of peace to be co-heirs of his glorious Kingdom with Christ!

It's all boils down to your definition of good people! Who is a good man to you? A law abiding person or a religious person? In it all, all have sin and fall short of the glory of God. None is righteous by his own works or efforts. Even Abraham was counted righteous because he believed God when a promise was made to him; not by works!

So it's all grace, unmerited favor; He will have mercy on whom He wants to!

I've always had the opinion that 1st year in 'ALL' Nigerian Universities is a waste! Its not just about Computer Science, its in all Science/Applied Science/Biological Sc/Engineering faculties! You end up doing Ordinary Level Physics, Maths, Chemistry for a full 2 semesters! Things that you did while at secondary school, and for what?

Engineering students get to 2nd year and start borrowing courses from all Engineering departments like confused students; you borrow 2 courses from Elect. Elect, borrow 3 from Chemical engnr, borrow from Mech, Civil, Met/Mat etc and still go back to borrow Maths, Comp. Sc and those annoying Mgt courses too.

By the time you get to 3rd yr, you are mentally exhausted! You start wondering what you have been doing in school for 3yrs yet you have not even scratched the surface of the course you enrolled for. Your colleagues in schools abroad at 3rd year have started designing pilot plants, doing field works and internship to be grounded in their fields; you are still looking for 'x' wey no be you throway.

Worst still, that syllabus has been like that for ages with no single review; i bet that was the syllabus our colonial masters left us with. NUC just comes to count how many lecturers you have, how many of them have Doctorate and publications before giving you accreditation. Thats All! Then they send their own children abroad and when they graduate, they go for their graduation, pose for pix and post on facebook with no single shame.

Why was I even born in this country?

The Bible offers more than enough information about angels. There is never any need to resort to visions to know anything about them. Any information about the heavenly realms obtained outside the Bible is very dangerous and almost certain to be false. Even if it were not false, there would be no way to know for sure if it is true if one is not going to restrict themselves to what the Bible says.

1. Their Appearance: In general, angels look like human beings, except for some really striking differences. In Daniel 10:5-6, we see a vision of someone who is almost certain to be an archangel. Clearly, angels have hands and legs and heads and so on just like human beings do - in fact, Daniel says rather pointedly that he saw a vision of a man - but these features look very different than ours do. The angel in that description had a body like a beryl, with a face like lightning, eyes like flaming torches, etc. These are remarkable differences from what is common to man. It is important, however, to note that angels do not have physical bodies like we humans do. They are spirits, not spirits that live in physical bodies like mankind is.

Some angels look different, however. The cherubim (called "seraphim" by Isaiah and "living beings" by John) have four faces, three of which are of different beasts, and six wings where almost no other angel is described as having wings at all (except for the two women in Zechariah 5:9).

2. Different Ranks: There is only one angelic kind, although there were originally nine clans of angels and now six clans and there are different ranks among angels. From the top down, the elect angels are organized into cherubim (there are only four of those), elders (twenty four, four from each clan), archangels (seven, one of which is a special office, the one that Michael occupies), authorities (no specific number in the Bible), powers (also no specific number in the Bible), spirits (rank and file angels, no given number in the Bible). These are all angels. They are neither different kinds of angels nor better or worse angels than one another. All of them are important in God's eyes regardless of their rank. Nonetheless, these are real differences between the angels. The differences are quite pronounced in appearance, for example, when you see that the highest rank looks very different from all the others.

3. Height: This sounds like a very frivolous question, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt. The Bible does not say anything about the height of angels, but there is no reason to think that they are exceptionally tall or exceptionally short. Wherever they are described in the Bible, there is the curious lack of reference to their height that suggests that the believer seeing them does not see anything remarkable about their height.

4. Appearance of their wings: As mentioned earlier, only one rank is associated with wings: the cherubim. There are two women described as having wings like those of a stork, so we may consider that there may be other angels who have wings as well, but we cannot say anything about feathers, except for the fact that wings of storks often have feathers, so those women and others like them (if there are) may have feathers too. We don't really know enough to speculate any further than that. The cherubim are said to have wings covered inside and out with eyes, so it may be unlikely that their wings are feathery.

Nice...15, 9 and 3 (15-3+9-3+15-9 = 30) will work out for addition and subtraction too...but still not all that correct, considering the problem has only two plus (+) and three minus (-). Changing it to +-+-+- becomes something new and different! But using multiplication, addition and subtraction does work since there was no instruction(s) given to the contrary.

Now the Truth is that Jesus brought something that even all those prophets and kings who were there before Him wanted to see and hear, because it was a different standard to what they had.

Where it really matters is in terms of the capacity, for you hear a lot of people say today how come Jesus said this, like concerning greater works, and nobody is even matching His works needless say surpassing it?

The reason is because the capacity of the word they are following is not able to achieve that, for it has to be capacity of word that could generate greater works, which is the Truth.
