Then you're on your way. Bravo, bro. I just came back from the gym. 5 sets of 8-10 reps average of Chest Dips, 3 sets of 20 reps of leg/stomach dips and 5 sets of 10 reps of dumbbell bench press. Tired out too early because I lost fitness.. Didn't lift for 12 days. Was away from my base. Now back. I will target stomach in the coming weeks. Seems the definitions in my gut area are no more visible. Dem must to come back.

So, on the whole bro, let's keep up the fitness regime and eat right.

Is great you said average. Even though I might belong to this average, some of us still take our health seriously. To be frank, 20 mins of exercise per day is enough, more than enough..Recommended is 120 mins per week.

Exactly bro. I fully agree with you. That's my message to the brodas and sistas here. Be disciplined, be motivated, don't chop anyhow, lift with a passion, run as fast you can, drink water and practice smiling. I'm also telling myself these things..

Not completely true. You can look fit and healthy at mid age without have loads of money. All that is required is plenty discipline to watch what is eaten and do lots of appropriate exercise. It's motivation

These guys are living well, rich, eat good food and lots of exercise.

If you check those people that are into entertainment, sports, youll notice they have the money and time to keep fit or take care of themselves.

They are doing what they love doing, and is bringing cash to them.

But most people are working just to survive, with lots on their mind and shoulder, looking frustrated and depressed when the income is not enough to meet 50% of the need.


The daily stress, hustling in the sun, spending hours in the traffic in the hot sun everyday , sitting in an office for 10hrs daily, fear of a boss and his query, months of unpaid salaries, paying the kids school fees, house rent, nepa bill, DSTV, fuelling the generator, queuing for fuel, loans, fear of police, highway officers and street guys will extort you, government, people from the village



Lots men, ageing will come in speed.

But bro, in all of these points which I must confess are valid, people can still spend 10 mins for 40 press ups and 5 minutes for 30 squats and 5 mins for plank and then watch what they end. This is not asking for too much. People don't need to spend 2 hours at the gym everyday to look and feel healthy..
