APCHaram:
OP, I truly empathise with you.

I have been down this same road of heartbreak and it wasn't easy.

I broke up with the only true love of my life and it took me years to begin getting over here.

Even after 10yrs now and happily married there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of my true and only lost love.

Just like you now, the first few years was bitter without her as I conditioned my mind to tell my heart that she wasn't worth it. In those few months after our breakup, I resented her for leaving me and my unreserved love for her changed to anger, bitterness and hate towards her.

It wasn't until I stumbled across her some years after out split up (with several failed and brief relationships under my belt) that I realised I lost the only good thing I ever had.

She was still as beautiful and charming as ever and my heart reset back to loving her once again as I set my eyes on her after 3yrs.

I told her I was sorry and that I had tried reaching out to her but she never responded to my calls, emails.

She told me she read every text, mail I sent her and that she was not comfortable seeing me again as some of my mails were filled with anger. She stayed away not wanting to stop loving me because she knew I never meant all I wrote to her in my drunken heartbroken state.

As I sat holding her hands and watching her tell me why she had to stay away for fear of stop loving me, tears welling up her eyes broke my heart again. I had really messed up big time. I apologised and cried begging her to forgive and take me back but she told me that can never happen as she was now engaged and soon to be married by the months end. She had moved on because she was afraid we will get back together and sooner again we will fight and I will break her heart again with my drunk induced text.

I did not attend the wedding. No point seeing your woman getting married to a man she does not love all because she was willing to sacrifice the love in her heart for me.

I haven't seen her since 7yrs now, but I do hear she is happy and that makes me happy as well knowing she is ok.

Move on, OP.

PMB should provide details so that even if we must borrow, we will know what we are borrowing for.
How can you, ordinary you and me, be the ones to know a simple thing as this?

Follow the ask these questions and you know the depth of INCOMPETENCE in Buhari's administration :

1) who drafted the letter and who reviews it

2) so Mr. President simply signed the letter without review of the attachment

3) who in his/her right senses believes that a borrowing of a whooping $20bn could be requested on a simple letter by President and approval of National Assembly expected. (Someone thinks he's the grand ruler of the Republic when he's head of the Executive arm that must share counter-balancing power with the other arms)

4) why is the President and not the Minister of Finance sending such request. (Thinking that once it comes from Buhari's letter heading na express approval by NAS. Military mentality being projected by foolish civilians in power like the foolish and corrupt Chief of Staff and Mamas Duran).

One word and only one word - crass INCOMPETENCE

It should be clear to all and sundry that this government is worse than military regime.

During past military erase, at least they try small by encouraging Nigerians not to check out and leave the country.

I can't forget that national advert, 'Andrew don't check out' acted by Enebeli Elebuwa (RIP). I still know him as Andrew till today.

Doesn't Bubu know what brain drain is?

We are being ruled without a plan.

Talk of born to rule mentality.

Buhari attempted to be President 4 good times and now he made it, what was it really he was working hard to come and do? Just to occupy the seat?

My dear, you are atypical example of op's writeup.

Your mind is made up already -kwarupt!

But the unfortunate thing for Buhari and his APC govt is what I will tell you now.

They have been fighting everybody and everything, but now they have fought with their 'chi', their ancestral spirit and the result is doom as always.

I ask you, in whose court will they arraigned those judges? Military tribunal, civilian commission of enquiry? No be another fellow judge?

You wait and see. This alleged crime must be proven beyond reasonable doubt. Full weight of the law will apply here including technicalities. Those judges cannot be convicted. Never.

It's the same APC govt. Whose rise was on the bases of stolen mandates of defunct ACN which the secured via the judiciary. Mark my word, for Buhari and his APC govt., this is the beginning of the end.

But common pips. What do you expect from an appointee serving under a man who has no integrity at all that his accolades and zombies parade as Mr. Integrity; till today, no certificate but 100SANs to defend, who promised no first lady but gave us a wife of president who believes her office is higher than a state governor, who is yet to clarify her role in Halliburton scandal, who travelled to Qatar and passed it on as USA.

Shame.

Shame.

Many Nigerians make legitimate income and should not be envied when they enjoy the fruit of their labour.

Many Nigerian musicians, manufaturers, traders and merchants are successful through genuine self effort.

Equating affluence to corruption is backward. Free enterprise should be encouraged. Not everybody is making corrupt money from government and those doing so are in extreme minority.

No need to nuke the entire economy and life of 180million citizens

Dear Mr President,
Can you please bring back the clueless ineffectual buffoon's policies and simply siddon look.
There are many paid clowns running around all over social media.
Mr Buhari please open the floodgates so that they can run down the foreign reserves in less than 6 months.
Nothing I would love more right now than see these unproductive clowns suffer and stricken with kwarchiokor.
Maybe by the time they start eating grains grown for animals and donated by foreign aid agencies, maybe then they will come back to their senses.

These clowns love Prada,Ralph Lauren, Jimmy Choos,Channel etc.
They love taking their girlfriends to the dubai every weekend.
They love their debit cards with $100,000 limits.
They love their Monthly shopping on bond Street, ,fifth avenue, Rodeo drive, Avenue montaigne.
Yet these are some of the most unproductive and destructive people on the surface of the earth.
The Nigerians in the diaspora see this culture everyday. A culture of senseless consumption, corruption , intellectual laziness, materialistism, compensatory inferiority and deluded spirituality.[/quote]
