I have noticed something with one of these Qa reviewers, the person that bears the number 30. Whenever he reviews my call, I notice that he/she writes the same error notes on all the calls, whether it's related to the call I worked on or not. Maybe he just copies and paste those notes, and his rating is always poor. He's very good at giving 1and 2. This is what he/she has been writing in all my calls.

Opiletool: Funnily enough, I do prefer black American calls. Their voices are mostly deep, which make the conversation clearer for me. Plus, I'm used to watching their movies. I guess that also helps. You would have dropped this ones I'm talking about. I enjoy some of their calls but these ones was too bad and they spoke really fast. |

Estringx: For those who are still new to Qa. Don't worry about your ratings yet. Because I'm pretty sure it's because you are still new. Trust me, when I started I hardly hear what those white guys say. I detest using "the release button". So I would prefer to have mis-heards than letting it go. I've had countless of 1s and 2s ratings. Whenever I get a 3, I dance my ass out . But that's way gone now. I can easily hear what they say with my cheap ear piece and still come back having a 5. The only trick is consistency and persistency. You will want to get tired, a time will come that you will wail and log out of Qa. After working on a call for hours and you were rated 2, which is $0. Here comes the re-do courtesy but to no avail, you got a 2 again... Don't worry, just keep doing it and you will see a result. The goal is not to hear what they are saying but to enjoy their conversations. Laugh and smile on a call and you will find it easier to finish a call in a very short time... Cheers. Exactly. Persistency and consistency really helps on Qa world. I was on a call yesterday, a 12 minutes call, and along the line I nearly dropped the call because there was a lot of inaudible in it. But I said let me just continue to the end. So, after going through the whole call, when I went back to those inaudible, I found out that some of the words is actually what I've already transcribed in other parts of the call. I finished the call with no [...] and got a 5 rating. Anyway, I released about 4 P Fuster call on Saturday because the customers were black Americans. I wasn't hearing that their own version of English and there was no auto generated transcript for them at all. The auto transcript for the reps were so clear but there was none for the customers ( black American callers) |

SpongeBobSP: You do have to bear in mind that there are different people rating this thing, so it's really inconsistent sometimes, and I've noticed that myself. Some of their SCCs are really strict, going into very tiny details, details I know I've gotten away with on other transcripts, even gotten a 5! So just do your own part in making sure you submit your best work, there's not much you can do about these things, it pisses me off sometimes, but it is what it is. Exactly bro. The one that pained me most was when the same mistake I was penalized for was still in the passing transcript, and the person still got a 5 rating. |

I started using this since last year na. I think that time world cup was played, that's where I saw the advert. But the thing with this offer is that after 1 month or so, the Sim becomes ineligible. So what I do is, I will remove the sim and leave it for a month for it to become eligible again. I have four different sims for this. I use one this month, and before it becomes ineligible, the other one must have been eligible again, and so on and so forth. |

Estringx: Just type out the email. For get about any spelled out way. You don't need to repeat it. A single line will do. I asked this because I did just as you said now, but I was penalized for doing that. The rating note said "Transcribe spelled out words as mentioned by the speaker." And there was another time I just transcribed it as it was spelled out, but they still said "email address format not followed." Maybe I will just transcribe the spelled out words and still bring them together to follow the email format next time. Me I no understand again ooo

Witches are the bane of our lives in Nigeria, and that’s a fact! After spending years avoiding them by not going to the village or having anything to do with our illiterate relatives (because those people are prone to witchcraft), it appears that these people simply refuse to leave us alone! They’ve moved their ministry to towns and cities all across the country. The end-of-the-world is truly nigh!
As if we don’t have enough to deal with, everything is going to hell in a hand-basket! There are the feminists, the gays, the Illuminatis and all sorts that we have to battle with on cyberspace, now the witches are trying to take over!
Don’t get us wrong, we know that witches don’t really exist, it’s just that they do! They eat pregnancies, kill children, steal destinies, make people’s private parts disappear and sometimes make announcements in the newspapers concerning political parties! And damaging footballer's stomach So what is your point exactly?
