Karlovych: This should not happen, he should leave the club as this might hamper his progress It will definitely hamper his progress. They tried the same with Onyekuru, and his performance kept telling them to stop trying him at different positions. |

mank1234: You have a point but our problem is much more than upbringing. We don't tackle problem from the root because we don't ask pertinent questions. We ask: how can we stop corruption instead of what causes corruption. You cannot solve what you don't know the cause.
Corruption is stealing. Opportunity and poor reward (punishment) system breeds it. Same people raised in Nigeria would move to other countries and would forget about corruption. There are dishonest people everywhere but in those other places, systems have been setup to block loopholes.
"The Thief who has no opportunity to steal, thinks he is an Honest man" - Anupam Kher Yes, there are corrupt people everywhere. And setting up structures to plug loopholes exploited by the thieving class is another good way to curb corruption. |

humility33: You can convince them, forget all we read online parents play a huge role in the lives of their kids abroad, if you were supportive, motivating them they will listen to your advise
Kids abroad are not that wayward and disrespectful as we assume Kids in Nigeria are the ones with more leanings towards corruption In Nigeria, whenever you are honest with your feelings, you are labeled disrepectful, Kids are encouraged to be dishonest because being honest will hurt the feelings of the older. When you restrain kids from saying what they are feeling and what they really want, you are subconsciously telling them that they are not respected and loved. This is the impression planted in the heart of a growing child. They are not shown love and respect, and they will grow into adults not knowing what love and respect is. What else breeds corruption, if not dishonesty, lack of love and true respect for one another.. |

humility33: Yeah I have lot of cousins, niece and nephews that are domiciled born and bred abroad. I relate with them so can attest to this. One of my cousin son was made a goal keeper in a club in Spain...he is a spanish Nigeria, the Dad told him to report back to his coach and tell him his Dad want him to play any other role except the goal keeping role and the coach obliged he came back to give the report to his Dad It all boils down how you raise your kids and the environment you choose to raise them. |

️ : "It looks really bad. A professional Footballer at my age should be getting regularly called for national duty . Having international Caps is very important for your career and CV. About Nigeria?.. Please let's burn the past. At young age we make a lot of mistakes, and when your level of thinking starts to develop to an adult level, it's already too late to rectify the past "

JohnBullMySon: That is not a protest. It is an assault on their persons and privacy. If someone comes to threaten you to your face and point fingers at you, would you call it a protest?
If you watched the full video, at some point he faced Zogg squarely and was saying stuff like "Is that how you behave in Switzerland, is that how you were raised" "You are supporting evil" with some other BS insults. The girl just quiet. He for try am with person like Chikwelu make we see if he nor reach ground immidiately. It was within their rights to at least push him away from there. Maybe they were just afraid of breaking laws and generating a bad image.
Even a police guy came for him at the of the video and was pushing him out. They would have never been charged if they pushed him out of their coach. The bolded is the part that touched me the most. Zogg did not offend by choosing to play for us. |

After some evaluations i have decided to end the Uzoho-Maduka dissensus on who is better.
Maduka Okoye boyish looks and sometimes unserious visage (when compared to that of Uzoho) might lure into a downward perception of him. But an honest look at his ball distribution and passing, reactions, reflexes and goalkeeper saves gives him an edge. even though Uzoho is better in some areas such as positioning, Okoye's all round goalkeeping is better.
Perception, sometimes is stronger than reality |

humility33: It would have been difficult for him to b benched for oshimen because prior oshimen resurgence tammy would have made the 9 role his...so oshimen would have been faced wit the challenge to unseat him.
Well he was never a loss we only need a 10 right now and some good defenders we're good to go Tammy is a fine player and will add depth to the crop of players we parade, but given the manner at which we begged him, will he be willing to give his best just as Osimhers does. |

Besides, no one forced them to retire. They did so voluntarily. Tomorrow, he will again bring up the argument, and you guys will again engage him. This is becoming an interesting episode. charlesemeka85: Sentiment aside billing is better than onyeka. Hv seen onyeka play before and I must confess I see nothing special in his game. He is a young player and I believe the move to the epl will polish him but until them he is below average to me
Do you know Napoli wanted to snatch him frm Brentford but after going through his performances they decided to leave him for the epl new comers citing that he doesn't hv the qualities to make their first team So you believed the news that Napoli could come out in the open to say this, even after an official announcement of their interest. |
