Do they transfer women as they transfer men? One can be unavailable at important events. It will always be an issue for the couple to build their respective careers when one will be transferred from one state to the other. Except for the husband or wife married to a soldier besides not moving across the country and you know, this is not good for the family.

I work with a firm that sells construction equipment, and head the logistics and warehouse department. I have this junior colleague that has been with the company for 8years(long before i joined cos i have only been there for 2+ years), he is experienced and good at his job.
But yesterday i caught this guy trying to steal two pieces of 70ah batteries, it really broke my heart because he can not even sell this things for up to 100k. I have tried everything in my capacity to make sure those working under my dept enjoy every benefits that are due to them; from hazard allowance, overtime, and so on. I sign all this allowance without asking questions even when sometimes some of them are questionable. I was doing all this so that nobody has any reason to steal and they have small change to augment their salary.
Personally i hate theft and frown at it and they all know it cos i keep preaching against this at every meeting, and if i escalate this to the management at the HQ in Lagos, he might be sack without benefits after 8 long years and he is a family man.

Though I have scold him and told him he would hear from me by Monday morning, the truth is given the situation I don't know what to do with this guy.

I am confuse cos I don't even know how long he has been doing this shit.

Do the right thing. Report him to the management. Imagine he made away with the stolen items, when the auditors come and the calculations do not make sense, who will be accountable for it?
You've only caught him this time. He will get lucky some other times.
You should strengthen the internal controls too.

Keep pushing. That is all you need. Since you have some work experience, just keep pushing. When you get a job or means of survival, other things will fall in place.

Just finished the last season of the last kingdom.
Now i know exactly why the fans of games of thrones weren't happy with how the game of thrones ended.
The way the last kingdom ended has now given me a wider understanding.
The last kingdom ended in such a way that you can't afford not to smile.
I was so happy, just smiling and very very pleased with the ending.
I am sure those that have seen it shares similar conclusion.
Now ended the series on a very good and high note, similar to how the 100 ended.
I am going to miss the series though, especially the characters i have grown to love.
Especially especially the mother of the King.
That woman survived irrespective of all the troubles, the mother of the king is indeed a great woman.
Anyways let me not drop spoilers as there are those still watching the show.
Goodbye to the last kingdom though it ended well, still i will miss the characters.

The last kingdom is not ending yet. There is a movie, which will be released next year. We would get to see Uthred, the son of Uthred for the last time. The title is ' Seven kings must die'. It's gonna be 2 hours long.

I need your sincere advice on my present situation.
Please ignore any grammatical error or punctuation. I’m the first son of my family, my father is an average Nigerian trader, he single handedly sponsored my schooling from nursery to higher institution.

After my service year, one of his friends scammed him of 300k in the name of they will get me a job in NUPENG before he paid that money I told him my pastor’s revelation about the NUPENG job, which my pastor said She does not like the job and shared ill references associated to the job with me and I told my dad when I got home, he countered and rebuked the revelation, he doesn’t take any of our advice, he finally fell for the scam.

To cut the long story short, I’m now working class that earn 75k monthly, however I’m still squatting with a friend and I’m still struggling to survive.

Recently I received a call from my dad, he told me he needs 500k for trading, that he wants me to take loan on his behalf he will be paying the debt once it’s due, since he is yet to complete the outstanding loan he took from the same bank, which is remaining 3 months to complete. I later discovered he had another debt he’s still servicing (Paying ) of a different bank that is remaining 6 months to complete.
After pondering over it i asked him; what if he defaults what will happen ? he shunned me and said why will I be negative and I politely told him my mind that I cannot help the current issue. Since then he started reporting me to my mum relatives to talk to in order to accept and collect the loan of 500k on his behalf.

Please your advise on this will be helpful.
