Whatever Tinubu did as regards revenue generation, states like Ogun, Delta, Rivers, Akwa Ibom etc have done. IGR in these states and others not mentioned have increased. Lagos only has an advantage of being the economic hub of Nigeria. That said whatever Tinubu did to the IGR, given same opportunities, other state governors in the above mentioned states would have done to their "bankrupt" states.
