See you talking, i know your type, if u are offer this type you will still ask for more... Hypocrite
You sound more like a local champion than I thought. You think everyone is like you, obsessed with a german car? If you like, you can sacrifice your sister to get this car.

Like I said, good move by Mr President to reject this vehicle that would have been paid by public funds. He doesn't need it.
PoliticsRe: Buhari We Need Health Minister Now, Before Fake Drugs Kill Nigerians - Photo by mensdept: 1:53pm On Jul 10, 2015
More like we needed a civilian president that is competent and current with modern government initiatives. We also need a face slap to every single Nigerian for bulls.iting the last 16 years, that allowed for rogues to emerge in state government houses, state assembly, and the NASS- a place that currently is more of a disgrace every 4 years.

mohisi:
who is holding u n wht do u ve ,fake drug n 419 finish
Fake drugs and 419 is being orchestrated by Tinubu in the hundreds of millions of Naira. Even suicide bombings by Northerners (some with islamic and yoruba names combined lol).

This is to say that every true is represented in atrocities internally and externally carrying green passport. However, only one region has people that tried, and are still trying to bear their papa name, not the BRITISH slave owners name Nigeria.

Those Yorubas in Lagos holding signs to tell Easterners to :Respect their culture", I'm sure will never hold signs that say, "Allow Biafra to be", because their Oba will even threaten to kill them as well.

I cant believe if i can turn down this type of offer ooo...lol
That is why you cannot be a (good) president. Not that I even support the emergence of a old coupist to be president, but at least he has more common sense than 90% of "Nigerians".

Everything is not material possession
PoliticsRe: S’east, N’central Must Have Principal Officers, Dogara Insists by mensdept: 1:35pm On Jul 10, 2015
These guys are all local touts. They are looking at needing principal officers that instead of those competent, they have to be from certain zones eh? The should have gone further and said the country needs to divide into the natural boundaries so that all these zone bull can stop.
AutosRe: World's Safest Car Designed By Former Libyan Dictator Muammar Gadhafi (photos) by mensdept: 1:32pm On Jul 10, 2015
In a nutshell, Gadhafi was trying to warn African leaders (many of whom were corrupt and appointed by the West) that the West and their agenda (i.e. Homosexuality) were coming to re-colonize the already very militarized continent. That is why he was removed. Unfortunately he could not gather lots of support because of
A: Islamic appeal
B: We the very unserious Africans that would prefer to buy weave instead of text books on revolutions
C: Our complacency
PoliticsRe: Biafra: A Microcosm Of The Zoo by mensdept: 1:29pm On Jul 10, 2015
As soon as I saw this thread and the "name of the OP, I knew what is was all about- Divide and conquer. Im glad that real "south-south" or rather, Easterners like myself are no longer being fooled by all the propaganda that worked in the past. We all know that the Islamic guys tying bedsheets up north ruined this country, and Yorubas are in general, very opportunistic, especially when it comes to getting free money. Imagine if this British colony finally collapse, which region would thrive? Of course everyone knows that answer.

1. East
2. North
3. WEST...which would force the owambe leaders to actually be serious for a change, as they would not want the world to see how lazy and unserious they really are.
PoliticsRe: Igbo President Will Help Heal Civil War Wounds – Gowon by mensdept: 1:25pm On Jul 10, 2015

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Still Has A Date With Truth! by mensdept: 1:24pm On Jul 10, 2015
Nigeria was and still is a colony, put together to siphon the wealth within its "borders". That is why we are answering our slave masters name despite being "independent" for 50 years because we are mumu and can't reason.

PoliticsRe: Photo: This Young Dude Is President Buhari's PA by mensdept: 1:21pm On Jul 10, 2015
Looks like the coup plotter is still a militant Northerner, who's major achievement is bombing Calabar and ending the Niger Delta amnesty program within days of swearing in.

Was that a surprise?

PoliticsRe: Agony Of Igbos In Benue by mensdept: 1:52am On Jul 09, 2015
Although I see where the OP is going and the importance of showcasing Igbo of Benue, it really doesn't matter unless we are talking about Igbo/Eastern emancipation as a whole, because those Ngwa folks that allowed their vote to be snatched by PDP in the last election, there agony is more like double wahala

PoliticsRe: Reps Leadership Crisis Deepens As Dogara, Gbajabiamila Groups Still Disagree by mensdept: 1:46am On Jul 09, 2015
This is why the national assembly needs to be disbanded, and in fact, the entire country restructured. Better still, the US or England should come in and recolonize the land.

At least they will use the oil to develop their country, as it is being wasted by touts in Abuja, by all these pastors that are obsessed with putting church everywhere in Nigeria and Minnesota, and the Youth, that still are thinking an pronouncing words the same way their parents did despite looking at what they were doing or saying

These are the reasons why America cannot grant you fools visa because after all the evidence of a failed state and people, you are still making excuses, praising thugs that hijacked your grandparents future, those that plunged Nigeria further into a neo-colony for Queen Eliza, and those who are daylight criminals that would have been sent to the guillotine among serious and mature folks worldwide.

Within months of being sworn in, the coup plotter has yet to even have a staff to tackle already pressing issues, despite the whole receipt of "change"

PoliticsRe: My Biafra by mensdept: 1:36am On Jul 09, 2015
FrankAba1:
It’s now 45 years after the civil war and it’s no secret “the great experiment” isn’t working and the momentum for the peaceful Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra seem to be gathering pace.
It left me thinking what the republic will actually look like, and i decided to come up with this tiny memo. Please read through, criticise (positive or negative) and or comment below:-
Name of Country: Republic of Biafra.
The country shall be a multicultural, multiethnic secular country and not sponsor any religion, whatsoever!
Land: Old Eastern region.
The region will be divided into Local councils taken into accounts land mass, resources both human and natural.
-Land Use Act; The land and its territorial waters and shelf shall be owned by the Republic and administered by the local councils. Therefore all the land shall belong to the Republic and not individuals, organisations or communities.
Note: This Land Use Act will not only save lives and properties but will end the senseless communal conflicts going on up and down “the great experiment”. Local councils shall be provided with yearly funds by the central government to build homes, schools, hospitals and other structures as maybe necessary to reflect the needs of the people.
Citizens: Biafran.
-Definition of who is a citizen is up for discussion...
Any citizen born after the independence must be registered within 60 days of birth and permanent social security number issued for easy identification. Therefore, there will be effective and efficient birth and death data collection system....I can offer a pro bono service in this area.
The citizens shall have equal rights irrespective of wherever they may be born. Place of birth shall replace State of Origin as practiced in the current “great experiment”.
Currency: Biafran Pound, owned by the Bank of Biafra (BoB).
Official Language: Igbo (Gift from the Igbo tribe akin to English language from England to the rest of The UK) and/ Biafran language ( This could be broken English and developed using inputs from all the tribal languages within the Land....e.g “wetin concern agboro with overload?”).
-After more than 5 years of teaching, i realised the official language – English, was and still one of the biggest challenge facing our children’s education and indeed Nigerians. People struggle immensely to express themselves well enough, because the language is a borrowed one and doesn’t come natural to them. Hence, the difficulty and this trammel our development as a people.
And permit me to say, that no single first world country certainly among the G8 countries, adopted a foreign language as its official language. United States of America?....Don’t even go there, they took the English Language, modified it to suit its people and called it...?...Yes, American English and developed their very own lexicon in the early 19th Century. Ever used, program rather than programme or center rather than centre? Yes, Language matters and reflects people’s culture and way of life. Having said that, i think apart from the official language-Igbo or “Biafran”, the eventual constitution should guarantee the continual teaching and development of other ethnic languages – Annang, Efik, Ekoi, Ibibio etc.
Capital:
Centre of the Land. I will leave the geo-mathematicians to work that one out...
-I envisage an “Onion” kind of security for the new country, so having the seat of government at the centre is the most appropriate and viable option.
Education:
This should promote and encourage free thinking and strive to produce graduates that will compete with the best in the world. As we all know, Knowledge makes man unfit to be a slave.
Constitution:
This will define the political system. And will be a parliamentary democracy, the prime minister being the Land’s most powerful politician.
Citizens can run and vote in its elections, if they qualify – What the qualification requirement will be is up for debate...
Elections:
- Parties will present candidates to stand for local council elections that will represent them at the centre (Parliament), as a member of Parliament.
-Each local council will have a non partisan Chief Executive Officer appointed by the ruling party to take charge of the party’s policy in the council. Whilst the elected Member of Parliament, represents the people in the house of parliament.
- After election, the party with the highest number of elected MPs and meeting other criteria as maybe deem necessary, will form the government, as practiced by the mother of democracy – United Kingdom of Great Britain., No House of Lords, please...
Note: The party with the second highest number of MPs will receive as much funds as the elected party, in order to provide effective opposition. Therefore, the government governs, whilst the opposition plays politics.
Parliament:
The total number of members will be reflective of the number of local councils. The house will exercise supreme legislative authority; draft and alter the constitution and ordinary laws, dismiss the cabinet and its acts are not subject to judicial review.
The Constitution must guarantee;
..Democracy.
..Freedom.
..Liberty.
..Freedom of Association.
..Freedom of Expression.
..Religious Freedom.
..Fundamental human rights – Look at the UN charter for a template.
..Free Citizen’s education up to 18 years of age or Secondary level, whichever comes first.
..Equality.
..Justice.
..Social mobility.
..Free Health Service, including Life saving surgeries.
Authority:
The elected government will be in charge of government policies, security, education, employment laws, pensions, taxation, social welfare, environmental laws, defence, energy.
And there will be devolution of powers to the local authorities, which will be in charge of building of homes and schools based on the governments plan, implementation of government policies and maintenance of local structures such as roads.
Note: I think this new country must have strong environment laws to contribute its quota in the fight against global warming. Pursuing green energy (Wind and Solar farms), recycling and reuse and pollution control policies is key to achieving this.
Judiciary:
The judiciary will operate a civil law system divided into Courts with regular criminal and civil jurisdiction and Administrative Courts that has jurisdiction over litigation between people and public administration.
Here, i present this tiny memo for scrutiny. But note ,it’s by no means complete, yet. Thanks.

FrankAba1.
This is a nice staring idea.

But then again, I know this is all a teenager's joke

PussyJuice77:
Nigerians are disappointed
Why nah? What happened to all those Sai Buhari folks? Or those that were praising the VP for wearing suit, or his selfies at Redeemed and the likes?

An old coup plotter from the 1970s and 1980s, who expelled millions of Africans resulting in even the loss of life for dozens, was celebrated as "change". Now wonder he could not comment on the recent South African similar expulsions.

Nigerians are nothing more than cowards who are not willing to do what Europeans and Asians did to ensure their countries were developed and their culture superior to indigenous folks- even in their own country i.e. the EPL over our domestic league
PoliticsRe: This Is Why Nnamdi Kalu Must Be Stopped Now!! by mensdept: 1:24am On Jul 09, 2015
The clamor for Biafra of course will always remain because it was and still is just. Anyone that wants to remain a slave, and continue to teach their kids that the White man is superior and bear his slave masters name for ever is and will always be a fool. Who put Nigeria together? Who were those that hold Nigeria together? You can follow up both questions with a simple "Why"?

Now you see, no progress since 1914, and a coup plotter parading himself as president in 2015.

SHAME
PoliticsRe: Nigerians Need To Stop This Tribalism In Order To Rise To The Top. by mensdept: 3:43am On Jul 08, 2015
Lovesdaisied:
With all due respect....can you honestly call Nigeria a nation? Aren't we lending powers to White Supremacy when we try (unsuccessfully) to work with a country forcibly joined together by White colonialists?
A country-wide referendum on how the country should be run is preferred. The UK did this peacefully with Ireland and Scotland.
Why should Nigeria be different?
Now this is a great response to the OP. Yes, tribalism and religious bigotry are the main problems in Nigeria, and we have been told to move on from that year in and year out.

But guess what?

You can't sweep sh.it under the carpet and expect visitors to not smell it during Ibankwor.

Africans need to restructure their continent on African terms and natural boundaries, and not the continual upholding of England, France, and other homogenous White countries colonial structures. No "Nigerian" coined England, drew up British boundaries, or meddled in British affairs, and that is why for a start, they the British are a greater nation than we.
