What gives women the notion that only they are entitled to "mood swings?". To me the inability to control these swings is a sign of immaturity. We can't be laughing one minute and the next, unprovoked you start making trouble out of a trivial matter in the name of 'mood swing' and u expect me to accommodate? That's crap!

my brother its amazing how some imperfections can simply cancel out a near perfect lady. She is still the most mature, compassionate, selfless, intelligent, hardworking and loving lady I have ever met (she is beautiful too but when u begin to mature as I hav and at my age, that matters less in the equation). I know the cheating was a one moment madness mistake for sure and it NEVER dimmed her love for me. Its just that to be a real man, there r some principles that should be unbendable if u must survive well in life. She crossed one of those wit me and paid d price. As for remaining friends wit her, I have no choice. No exaggeration ALL my family loves her even till now. Infact my late mum (she died after battling cancer for a long time last october and was simply an angel) was still encouraging me to make up wit her on her dying bed (you can imagine wat a mother must hav seen in a young woman to still recommend her for her son even after the record of cheating). She still kept calling and visiting my house after the mistake. She showed genuine remorse and effort and to be honest I was the ONLY stumbling block to our reconciliation and over time I simply couldn't hold anythn against her but couldn't take her back. As for finding another girl, its been arduous. Finding a WIFE has to be the most difficult thing now. Nothing and I mean NOONE comes even close to her as regards mental maturity that attracts real men and not phuk boiz. And its been two years already since she left. Recently relocated (in d last two years). Still yet to conclude if its location related. The girls around here simply lack focus. Can't be all though but yet to see. Pardon my epistle!

Its a place where the men are significantly finer than their women. I've never met a beautiful tiv woman. Sorry bro but Yorubas (though very nasty and flirty in marriage) are no any worse than Igbos in with regards to broken marriages. It all depends on your association and where you have been and personally experienced and that is why stereotyping is usually (in my opinion) the the first sign of half enlightenment. I grew up in the north and almost all cases of broken marriages I knew then were Igbos. I am presently dating an igbo girl from THE MOST BROKEN OF HOMES YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE. I am NOT yoruba and as a matter of fact they are NOT particularly the favourite people to associate with. But lets not hastily conclude on issues like this. We all have differents experiences and accounts to give.

It is amazing that in just two years a governor is able to implement a transformation like this. This now makes me ashamed of being a Delta State indigene, just like Ebonyians were before. In my state, we receive the third largest federal allocation but Asaba the state capital is in a terrible state. From ibori to Uduaghan and now clueless Okowa, there's no plan in sight for any meaningful development. Even the governor with 42 sets of teeth have already begun a second term campaign not minding the fact that workers are hungry, Some ministries shut because he couldn't renew office rent and with zero drainage in Asaba. I weep for Delta State.

A little of what transpired between us two days ago. I actually cry DURING a rship when I am struggling to make her understand how perfect she will be without a particular unbearable attitude (in my experience cheating and insultiveness) because I absolutely wld die for her. I most times NEVER break up officially sef. Just give up and choke the feelings away. The one wey dey now don finish her lifeline in just three months. One Tracy Chapman song titled 'bridges' has a very instructive line that "sometimes the best intentions don't make things right". I always nurture the best intentions towards every woman I date but make sure I am never taken for granted. The truth is that ladies have a huge propensity to take guys they perceive as weak for granted. Maybe u appear weak to them and often don't back your words up with action. I for one know from experience that the firmest guys (whether with the best or worst intentions) often get the biggest respect. Let your good intentions be backed with a firm resolve not to tolerate nonsense and don't ever hesitate to END a pointless relationship. Doesn't mean you shouldn't give room for reconciliation if genuine remorse is shown.
