You need a 7kva+ inverter, and even at that try not to do something silly like run your heater and submersible pump at the same time as other loads. Either use heater, or the pump. Not both at once.

Minimum PV array this installation needs is between 4500-5000w. Minimum.

Do you plan on having your fridges and freezers on 24/7? If yes, you need a 15kwh Lifepo4 battery. Also, if yes, you'd also need to bump up your PV array to around 7000w.

Lastly, as the gentleman above said. Ditch that installer.

Am also not in the country too,what I do is get the number of the different people selling from the site engineer then call and order to deliver to site then I pay after they deliver

The quote is padded,1 ton of 12mm is 185k, bag of cement is 2600 if it’s in Lagos,binding wire 1 bundle is 8k too, 2*3 plank is 150 per piece, 30ton of sharp sand is 45k, 1*12 plank is 1130, am r can doing a project of twin duplex in ajah in a water logged area and these are the prices I bought these stuffs for in Lagos,so if your project is in Lagos I advise you buy the materials yourself and negotiate workmanship,this is how I have been doing mine,hope this helps

Cleaning is not my issue with PVC, it’s fire and safety. There are also alternatives to PVC and POP as far as roofing is concerned.

I used PVC for my soffit but will be changed to wood soon.

I want to believe your builder is targeting 12 courses of blocks and the is solid ground, based on this I give my comment: The Block qty is OK, Cement is qty is high a bit, sharp sand 70k while soft sand 90k why not go for 2 sharp sand and safe 20k, granite price is OK if the site is closer to quarry otherwise, don't expect real 30 tons, Labour is fair but should be negotiable it can still go down well, if u have good 30 tons of granite there is no need buying granite for culvert, 20 bags of cement is much for culvert may be 15, the iron bender, planks and carpentry is shrouded ask for breakdown. After this pruning you can bring the total cost down reasonably but if you are engaging a builder remember to pay him his supervision. Good luck.
