The same reason Yakubu Gowon was booted out by the Hausa Fulani from office, Ahmed Bello made it clear that the northern minorities must be used as willing slaves, even middle belt Muslims are treated like tolerated trash and recently, the Fulani have started asserting their influence violently on the Hausas as can be seen in places like Zamfara. You also pay that in Saxony Anhalt when you apply for a 2nd Masters degree after completion of your first masters. However in Saxony Anhalt, you can break down the 500 Euros into 90 euros per month.

You can do that. It is your choice. But you must pay your semester fees and inform your University, with a valid reason. When you need to extend your residence permit, you have to explain to the visa officer why you’ve not completed your studies in the given time. I did it and had no problems. In my case, I was seeing a therapist.

lol, my knowledge isn't deep, i use mostly resources that i download online(Books and video). Check pdfdrive.com for German language pdfs. i can try to get the audio cd content for the dummies all in one for German language. just start something and i would guide you.

IT and Engineering can’t go without jobs in this Country. Learning german from nija had a very very important attribute. When you learn the language from here, it’s always difficult to understand because they would not explain to you in your terms in English, because you are in class with Arabs and Chinese who language structure is different, you may have to follow blindly till you see the light.
B1 or b2 is super in nija, you come here, you repeat your last class and forge ahead. It’s so much required to blend in and maybe start looking for permanent jobs.

For skills, any skill in IT you have is good, as job listings would tell you what they need. Some basically require you to be super good with excel and it’s enough for them, others go to SQL but all depending on the job. Mechanical engineering would require their specific It skills against management. So, in your field, be the best.

Driving license, if you can drive very well in nija, it’s enough. Most time, conversion is difficult but if you pass their exams, driving test will be almost free but if you can’t drive at all, it will cost u about 2k euros.
It’s a very important requirement for most jobs.

Last job I almost got, the last stages, they asked me for Klaas B drivers license and I don’t have and I got a leider nicht reply after I don celebrate new job finish.

I fell in love with London so much that I couldn’t wait to visit again. Everything about Germany just annoyed me for 2 weeks until I settled in. It felt good to be in a clean environment again with less stress, but it also felt boring.

London has become my second home and I visit there at least 4 times in a year. I’ve also visited Manchester but I prefer London. People in Manchester will eat every nonsense with bad hygiene. Public transportation is also better in London than in Manchester. But Manchester is more chill and calm.

It’s a central town in German. Like it’s a center of germany just like Jena and Erfurt. You can spend few hours to any part of germany from their especially western states. I bet you would see load of Nigerians there or Cameroonians and your ticket can take you to efurt to get jobs in press company of dhl cos that’s where everyone I know is that place works

Of course west stands out. In everything both getting English jobs or even jobs without work permit or not even knowing how to salut in German. Jobs like KFC and McDonald’s, dhl, Amazon don’t really require u to know the language. Sachsen is the biggest and most industrialized eastern states save for Berlin. At least we have 3 VW plants and a Porsche plant in Leipzig that give 100s of students jobs when available.

See, in this country, you can be anywhere and get jobs anywhere you want, just know links to jobs finish and how to go About it.

When I got my first Mercedes job in Bremen, the guys I went to stay with in same city told me it’s not possible to get direct job that they have been in that city for 20 years, that I must go through an agency. Me that traveled 8 hours to come work you want to put fear in me? I worked and came back and they asked me how I did it.

Germany is a free country, there is no corner of the country you would go without seeing plenty of Nigerians, unless the schools in the city don’t offer English courses.

That’s not true. Her husband will be coming as a “dependent”, while she’s a student. Which means she is responsible for his welfare and he is not allowed to work. She’s not coming on a work visa and she’s not an EU citizen. International students from non-EU countries can only bring their spouses with a tourist visa to visit, or as a dependent. None of which the spouse is allowed to work.

i started reading this thread this morning and already on page 32 but i have to ask you this question now. What's the best way to stretch your years in Germany until you get a German passport, this is especially important for someone coming there to study a social science m.sc and is not likely to get a job in his area of studies after graduation. my plan was to study, work for some time on unrelated jobs and go back for a PhD. Would that buy me the needed time to get a German citizenship after living in the country for seven years? Thanks and remain blessed.
