We rescued a severely abused and almost starved to death dog. Momentarily, he stays with my husband and I, is being treated and pampered to regain health and weight.

The dog is a male tall Caucasian, roughly about 1 years old, maybe a bit younger. He received all necessary treatment (deworming, demiting, defleeing etc.) and all necessary vaccinations at this point. He is castrated as we do not want to support the greedy and ugly breeding business in Nigeria. NB: A castrated dog has no disadvantages in any way, neither health-wise nor character-wise.

Please, this is a serious call: we are looking for a *dog lover* with experience on training dogs. *No more violence shall be used against this dog!* Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has a spacious place where he can be free and neither be kept on a chain/leash or in a cage. He has been in the cage/on the chain all his life, which is not an option anymore!

This dog has a great potential, and simply needs care, patience and a lot of love! Within the short time he has been with us, his transformation is simply incredible. He is truly a loyal companion and quick to learn.

When you say you're contemplating between making a choice of decking or roofing a 2 storey building, do you mean the building has no original plan of action?

What do I mean? If the building is originally designed to be a 2 storey building, then the logical thing to do is to roof it right away and not deck it because the foundation must have been designed for 2 storey building. Putting a decking and subsequently thinking of adding another floor would be a suicide mission.

On the contrary, if the building is originally designed to be a 3 storey building, then I can say confidently that your choices are valid. In that case, decking is more expensive to construct than normal roofing other things being equal.

the house is not under construction, i have the land and is saving up the money but i already have an idea of what i want to build, it's just that i noticed online that the hostel can be decked and waterproofed to act as a rooftop garden, relaxation spot etc, i would also keep the overhead water tank there thereby saving me from the cost and inconvenience of building an overhead water tank stand. so I'm just asking for ideas.

The Nigerian Guild of Editors, NGE, has noted with deep concern the persistent harassment of journalists in Ebonyi State on the orders of the state power brokers including the Governor of the State, Mr Dave Umahi. The latest is the arrest of a reporter with Vanguard newspapers, Mr Peter Okutu, on Tuesday, April 21, at the behest of the Chairman of Ohaukwu Local Government Council, Mr Clement Odah. Mr Okutu was arrested in a gestapo manner by men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, at a hotel in Abakaliki after he was lured into the hotel by Mr Odah over a story on the military invasion of Umuogodoakpu-Ngbo community in Ohaukwu Local Government Council. The bone of contention was not on the veracity of the story but on the number of persons allegedly killed during the invasion. Reports said Okutu was invited by the Local Government Chairman to the hotel. The reporter presuming that the LG Chairman was going to give more insight into the matter went in company of another reporter from another newspaper only for him to be arrested, harassed and whisked away by men of the SARS. The State Commissioner of Police, Mr Awosola Awotunde, rather than intervene and rein in his men, justified the arrest and accused journalists of “heating up the polity.” ALSO READ: UPDATED: El-Rufai Tests Negative For Coronavirus The Guild recalls that a similar incident took place in the same Ebonyi State barely four days ago when a reporter with Sun newspapers in the state, Mr Chijioke Agwu, was harassed and arrested inside Government House on the orders of Governor Dave Umahi by his Chief Security Officer, CSO, who subsequently handed over the reporter to the Commissioner of Police. The anger of the Governors was a feature story on Lassa fever in Ebonyi which centred mainly on statistics sourced from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, published in Daily Sun of Friday, April 19, 2020. The Governor has also announced a Ban On The Sun And Vanguard’s Reporters for life from the Ebonyi Government House. The Guild finds these actions of state actors utterly reprehensible and condemnable. We are in a democracy and the media “shall at all times be free” to perform its duties without hindrance as enshrined in the 1999 Constitution (As amended). Ebonyi State should not constitute itself into a mafia state where dictatorship, oppression of free speech and denigration of fundamental human rights reign supreme. The Guild notes that journalists are not criminals who should be harassed, intimidated, arrested and subjected to inhuman treatment under any guise. We call on the Inspector-General of Police, Mr Mohammed Adamu, to call his men, not only in Ebonyi State but all over the nation, to order. The foreign direct investments flowing into Nigeria have been dwindling very fast because nobody wants to invest in a shithole without respect for rule of law. Regardless of your work experience, those two (Quantity Surveying and Cyber Security/Communication Systems) are too far apart in my opinion and might be impossible to get such MSc admission. However, we are in the era of Industry 4.0 which is a huge theme in Germany, so if you search more, you might just be lucky to get other closely related courses to your BSc (but definitely not those two you mentioned).

Since I am not an admission officer, the most reliable source of truth on such will be the regulation document for the course (should be available online). If you manage to get the document, it will mostly likely be in Deutsch and might be too much and technical for you to even comprehend (assuming you even understand German) ---so dead end.

Conclusion.
Your path looks unique, which might made it a bit hard for people here to offer any form of guide.
Your best bet, get the contact of the admission/course coordinator from the corresponding website and send them all your questions with succinct details about your profile. Whatever the response you get (if you get any) from them is your truth.

The rate Nigerians support evil against other tribes and discourage it within their own tribes shows how primitive and inhuman they are. You can't support violence, bloodshed, injustice and abuse of human rights in Biafra and expect to have the opposite in Odua land, the middle belt or Arewa land. That's why violence, bloodshed, injustice and abuse of human rights is a daily horror been witnessed all over Nigeria today.

Rubbish, they can only sue Anambra state, the land use law states clearly that all lands in a state belongs is in direct control of the governor, the Fg only owns land in the FCT. besides, this issue is already in court and the land in question already a completed state owned housing estate. This seems to be fake news. The land was revoked because it was planned as a Ruga settlement against the initial reason that it was allocated by the the state.
