Its a mental thing and you need to get over it. Theres stuff around you that you're allowing to get the better of you and you need to realize what they are, stop putting so much pressure on yourself, get rid of negative thoughts as much as you can, go out more often, just find ways to be happy and always think of good stuff when the thoughts come. You'll probably never stop thinking of it but youll be able to change your thoughts faster eventually.

PS: i have a friend that says this "find a reason to live, even if its for the love of fried plantain, just make sure its enough for you to want to live". i'd offer to be your friend but in this phase i'm in, i'm more likely to tell you how to kill yourself. And for anybody in a similar situation, tramadol is a quick solution, it is what helped me conquer my distress. It will make you happy and less depressed and its surprisingly also very cheap.

Why is the jewish commandments in d christian scriptures.

Why say the old testament laws applies to christians but yet when faced with passages as this you remember its in the old testament...

Why not say the whole old testament is invalid or is it that you just cherrypick the ones that appeals to your morals but others that dont, you just say its in the old testament forgetting your ten commandments and other laws are also from the old testament...

Did you even read my post before quoting me? I stated it clearly that the old testament laws are not for christians. God gave the commandments to isrealites only there was nothing like christianity then.

It's the same God but different dispensation and to the best of my knowledge the OP was referring to christians not isrealites who were given the commandments.

Let me state it clearly again, christians dont follow the old testament commandments, we only read the old testament to learn about how God related to the isrealites before christianity.

OP you are confusing judaism with christianity. God never commanded any christian to kill anybody. There was nothing like christianity before Jesus Christ. Christianity is built on Jesus Christ and Jesus never asked christians to kill anybody. The old testament is in the bible so that we can learn about how God related with the jews not to obey their commandments.

If you read the old testaments very well you will realize that the commandments were given specifically to only the isrealites. Every other nation then were gentiles and they had no obligations to obey the commandments. When.Jesus came, he connected the gentiles to God not through the isrealite's laws but through his blood. And he gave the christians only two commandments which is Love the Lord your God and love your neighbour as yourself.

what is your business with how they will be judged? are you the one that will judge them? God knows how He will judge them. Do your part and let God do His own part. Stop second guessing God.

OP you are confused, the mark of the beast is not a physical mark but symbolic to spiritual things. revelation said that the number 666 is the number of the anti christ, so receiving the the mark of the beast means beleiving in the anti christ.

Moreover, all this will happen after rapture, so itz not something you should be afraid of if you are a christian.

So you see that he didnt come to prove anything but to save us.

To be honest the fear of hell has been keeping me in check but i've gotten to stage where i no longer care anymore.

Am not sure if am depressed, i've checked wikipedia for the symtoms of depression and i dont have most of them. I just dont see any value in life. I dont understand what to live for in life.
