Where is the story of Christ who paid the price for people's sin. Assuming the gospel also includes the erroneous notion that he also paid a price for pain, where is that in all you have been writing? Where is a scripture that promises the gospel facts?

Why are you attacking him unnecessarily? He gave all the glory to God for the testimonies and miracles. Are you trying to say that its wrong to share testimonies? Testimonies helps other people to believe in God for their own miracles. Or are you trying to say that its wrong for God to use him to help others through nairaland.


He never asked for money in return yet you were calling him a thief. Dont be quick to judge, different people in the body of Christ have different gifts. The fact that he has a different gift from you does not make him a fraud.

Even if you want to condemn him, look for tangible reasons. Your baseless accusations are making you look vindictive and envious.

I think he was referring to a bible verse. Col2:16 ; 'let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of a holy day or of the sabbaths'. From the quoted verse and infact the whole chapter, you can see that emphasis is no more placed on the sabaths or any other holy day in the new convenant or testament. All those stuffs are for the jews not for us that were saved by grace in the new convenant.

And OP.

Jesus resurrected on sunday and He appeared to the apostles mostly on sundays. So the early church just decided to choose sunday for worship. But you can decide to choose anyday for your own service, there is no rule that it must be sunday. God bless you all.

What he's trying to say is that America is a secular country and not a christian state, so they have the liberty to create any law they want. However it is our job as christians to preach God's commandments to people, not waiting for the government to approve christian laws.

This is also in line with the warnings paul gave the church about going to worldly men to settle dispute among brethren. It's sad to see a lot of so called christians taking themselve to court over trivial issues that can be settled by the church. In fact, I don't even have the physical money to get this. Has it now become evil to ask people to thank God that He answered my prayer, that my family needs a decent accommodation and God provided one for me?

Let us love people enough to understand them before we pass judgment on them. Only God knows human motives.

About bragging, maybe you'll understand now what it means that "let him that boast, boast in the Lord," I owe everything to Him.

My point is that; there's no need for you to be announcing that you've secured a duplex. Your focus should be on heavenly things not physical luxuries that you cant take with you to heaven.

I want to thank God for providing me a tastefully finished and furnished five bedroom duplex in Magodo. I prayed for it and God has done it.

I have noticed with a bit of pains that prayer works
on people and not me!

I have had the opportunity to pray and intercede for
people and it comes out positive, but one surprising
fact
is that I hardly get answers when I pray for
myself...

It all started during my degree years; I will teach and even help people during examination but often time their result comes out better than mine.

Fast forward to 2days ago. I prayed for someone who was
koboless, to have a surprise gift to the tune of
hundred
of thousands for a project she scrambled for. Less
than 56 hours later, she got it.

I personally dropped someone's CV to be considered for
bank job and less than 20hours letter the person
received a call for interview.

And today I prayed and
my kid sis was given a visa....where as I have tried
severally without succeeding.

This, amongst other

experiences have become a cause for concern.

By God's grace i will try to give you my own opinion, only God perfectly knows what your situation is.

There is something called Anointing. From the testimonies you shared i'll like to beleive that the Anointing of God is upon your life. The Anointing of God upon your life is not for your personal use, it is for you to be able to minister unto others. If you need to receive anything from God, that Anointing will not help you, you will have to use Faith like any other matured Christian.

Don't think that this situation is perculiar to only you, it applies to every Anointed man of God. That's why you will hear of men of God who healed other people but later died from sickness. When this happens, most Christians don't understand what happened, they think it implies that God did not call the man of God.

My guess is that you have become lazy in building up your Faith because of the Anointing of God upon your life. The Anointing helps you to get quick answers when you pray for others, but for yourself, you have to excersize Faith to receive from God.

I will employ you to read books of Faith by Kenneth E Hagin and other Anointed men of God. The books will bless you greatly. God bless you sir.

Am guessing that it is envy that is causing their hatred. But you should remember that Jesus Christ warned us that the world will hate us because we are not of it. We live in the world but we are not of the world. So you should'nt be surprised or annoyed that the people of the world hate you.

The bible said that we should follow peace with all men. Jesus Christ also said that; if we do good to them that do good unto us what thank have we, the people of the world also do that. But if we do good to them that hate us, then we would be like our heavenly Father, that causes His rain to fall on both the just and the wicked. So continue to chat with them and show them kindness, for God is not unjust not to reward your labour of love. You will surely receive your reward.

You should also pray for them regularly. Pray for the salvation of their souls, pray that God should touch their hearts and that the light of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ will shine on their hearts. The bible said that; pray for the peace of Jerusalem and you shall also have peace(not verbatim). If everybody you work with give their lives to Christ, the hatred and envy will stop. And the man is stil alive...that's unchangeable condemnation to hell while stil alive. The plan of redemption took so long till the days of Abram. Now the inhabitants of the world before redemption plan materializes were automatically condemned to hell?

Do you think that if you leave God your life will suddenly become better? Or do you think that God is purposely preventing you from suceeding? Brother God loves you, He loved you enough to send Jesus Christ to die for your sins even when you were still a sinner. How much more now that you a believer. GOD LOVES YOU.

The bible said that God has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. It however now becomes your responsibility to make this blessings manifest in the physical realm, how? by faith.

When you are baby christian, God can overlook your lack of faith and still answer your prayers anyway. But when God expects you to have become a matured Christian, nothing but absolute faith is required for you to receive from God.

Have you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit? Do you speak in tongues? If yes, spend a lot of time speaking in tongues, its a guaranteed way to build up your faith and connect to God. If no, then start praying and beleiving in God for the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
