I actually thought the individual bought the samsung and got tired of it or got it as a gift amd wanted to sell it after little usage. Turns out to be a normal phone dealer. Reason why I'm standing down on this. Would rather proceed to computer village myself to deal with the dealers directly. No love lost bro... |

HeavenlyBang: Pretty sure those three cars are essentially all the same thing under the hood.
Differences will likely be in design, options, exhaust and engine tuning, and ride comfort. Any idea on how reliable it would be in Nigerian roads compared with Lexus RX or GX of same year |

Hello house
What’s the difference between GLE43, GLE 450 and GLE450 AMG 2017/2018 models in terms of adaptability to Nigerian roads, ease of use by Nigerian owners, handling and comfortability(SUV version not the coupe). Also what can you say about the reliability as compared to GLE 350 of the same year. |

epainos: If you have money to study abroad, I will tell you the options you have before you rush into nursing. Nigerians always rush into what many people talk about.
The hype about nursing is high because most developed nations' citizens do not want to do the job. Despite the somehow pay increment, they still don't want to do it.
Dearest, since you are into biochemistry look into:
1. Genetical Science and Gene Editing: You will be dazzled with what you will become after your masters in this course. If you master gene editing with one of the latest technology, your future is secured. Read about CRISPR-cas9 and the wonders it is doing in plant, animal and human science.
2. Microorganisms study: You can go into any area in plants and seeds, animals or humans. If you know the future of the study of microorganisms, you will get my point.
3. Environmental Science and Ecology. This area is too wide. You can look into regenerative agriculture, carbon cycle and areas around it, clean energy, renewable energy, etc.
Let me tell you...biochemistry is one of the best foundational courses to launch into a disruptive technological career. Soil science is huge now also.
Good luck!
N.B. This post is for those planning to study abroad. If you go into any of these courses in Naija now....na hunger go reformat your brain. Listen to this advice!!! |

Hello people
So I have a friend preparing for her journey to Ireland. Via Turkish Airline, but the challenge is luggage. The 23kg x2 capacity isn't clearly enough for clothes, shoes and most importantly foodstuffs.
Can an extra 23kg box or 15kg be accepted to mk it 3 bags any additional costs associated? How much ? Especially when it has to do with Turkish Airlines. |

ICaSNg: AbujaEmbassy@dfa.ie
Scan and send via email; state your full names, school you applied to, Transaction number or visa application ref number and the ielg number on your submission slip given at the VFS when you submitted.
More importantly include details about the doc you are sending; e.g please find attached my previous work reference letter from GTBank as proof of Gap year between 2018 and 2019 . I sincerely apologise for this omission.
All the best Please what's the best method to submit bank account statement... is it by going to the bank physically and requesting hard copy of one's bank statement then scan and include in your application or... Going through the mobile banking app and requesting bank statement for the desired embassy via 'my bank statement' Regards |

It will cost about €150 or so for 1 year coverage policy starting from your resumption date.
Use a valid email address as your policy statement and cover summary will be sent to your mailbox after a successful card payment (can still be reprinted from the portal).
Print the cover summary as evidence of health insurance cover for your application. Pls anyone has a direct link to this standard plan?? I'm only seeing premium plan which is about 680 euros |

ICaSNg: I stated verified or verifiable as some people may not have their O-Level certificates; those will be required to present an online print out when applying for visa and also attach a scratch card.
For the schools mentioned, I only recruit for DBS and no they do not accept app fees Thanks for the clarity. So, we don't need legalization or notorization of documents in Dublin?? Also... where can one get apartments for €300 per month or less closest to Dublin BS pls. Campus accommodation is so expensive. |

ICaSNg: All these questions ... Jeez;
Oga, minimum payment for any Irish school is 6,000 euros before visa application.
Making full payment especially for DIT gives you 90% assurance of your visa being approved.
I thought you were going to Griffith o; I don't just get you guys....or maybe am just HIGH this morning.
Just read about someone asking which documents did he submit, coming from someone who has also gotten an offer letter.... Hello Please you talked about Verified O-level results / certificates. How does one verify certificate and results in Lagos here?? 2. Dublin business school and Maynooth have courses I'm interested in. In your professional opinion, which is best interms of cost of living, rent, proof of funds showcase. Dublin business school fee is slightly cheaper €13500 while the same course is 15000 in Maynooth. 3. Any application fee for both?? ... tried getting this info, but yet to mail school. Thanks in advance. And I have gone through 30 pages of this thread. |
Career › Re: Please How Do I Know That My Company Remmited The Tax Deducted From My Salary To by michealekene(m): 12:50pm On Jun 26, 2021 |
funkystanl: OP, I'm not sure if you referring to only tax or other employee related deductions such as pension and NHF.
For TAX, it depends on the state you are tax resident. If you are in Lagos {or Ogun, portharcourt, abuja} you should have a tax clearance card/certificate {TCC}. If you are in Lagos its a card that displays a unique tax ID which you can use to verify {online} taxes remitted to the Lagos State tax authority.
I understand this TCC is usually difficult to get by most companies, however all companies are required to file employee tax return every year. Ask your company to produce the cover letter used in filing while they also show you the Form H1 with your name on it. Because the firm H1 is a schedule of all employee earnings and taxes it may be difficult to show you... But other employee information can be shaded.
In the event where any of the above is unavailable... You can whistle blow to the relevant authority. However look at the cost-benefit before doing this. Any idea the link where TCC can be verified?? |

Luggage can be an issue, as I intend to pack one traveling bag of foodstuffs, another for clothes/boots, while laptop and others on nap sack. I don't wish any items seized tho... |

Gptech: The issue of oil na matter for another day abeg. Even Thermocool recommended 10W-30 oil but ended up giving out 20W-50 oil with their generators. If money is not an issue, the recommended 10W-30 is the best, otherwise, we can manage the SAE 40 and 20W-50 from Total, Mobil and some other good brands. There's a thread on nairaland on oil in the auto section I think. Done this, the Gen seems to be noisy abit. I know I should tighten up something...but don't know what. It's a brand new one |
