Even as we are concluding this decking stage, we have been buying up materials for the next stage which is the upper floor wall partitioning. We will start offloading blocks, sand, cement and rods as from tomorrow or next. We might start forming the walls on the completed sections as from Friday this week.

So a few years ago we bought a 4 bedroom bungalow for my mother in law in ibadan, well mama just went home to be with the Lord. Now we have to decide what to do with the house. First option is to sell it (my option) second option, convert it to 2-2bedroom apartments and rent it out. (Wifey is from ibadan) ;Dso option 2 is it!
