it happens like that most times, there's no perfect design or maybe the payment wasn't satisfactory to the architect hence he dished out that design like that or maybe coz of time factor. Some clients are impatient and good designs takes time and patience.

say a contract isn't satisfactory,turn it down instead of doing a bad job.
