no not really. The purchasing power of an average Nigerian resident in Nigeria is the reason. And for a business to become successful, you need customers. And for woods, you need lots of customers else you will run out of capital.

kindly resell that land if they offer you a good price. You're about to walk into a trouble you don't have the funds for. This is one reason people will gladly overpay for an estate land because you pay just once and know it's yours forever
