Take the bolded out of your mind. Right now, drop your ego and go meet the tenant. It's your money that's on the line and not yours. After you have discussed with him peacefully and he doesn't want such, you can then use force through the court. Even that one is a long process join. So bro, try peace cause it's cheaper than war

Even with the periodic rain, I'm still doing everything possible to be on timeline. Everything about welding on this gate is expected to finish tomorrow.

5 lengths of H channel of your choice. Whether 6 by 3 or 5 by 3 will be ok

I'm traveling right now but I can tell you that quotation is very much outrageous. You don't need seven lengths of 3 by 1½ for anything. When I settle down, I will send you the quotation for the job.

I use 2mm thick, 3 inch galv pipes. I buy them myself.

And I make sure I don't put heavy tanks on it. Not everyone can afford these H-beam tanks.

water is very heavy. 3mm thick pipe is heavy too.
