Those things will last longer than the conventional designs but the clients want something trendy and I can't object to it. Use original 2mm plates and possibly 1.5mm pipes, then you have yourself something that will last till God knows when. The only downside is that they are expensive. With the below listed materials, each door will cost at least 25,000.

Reminds me of something that happened earlier in the week. 18mm guage pan used in making door frames was 8200 in Nnewi on Monday,on Tuesday, Onitsha were selling 8300. Imagine costing a job last week when the pan was around 8000. You will end up eating the loss and that's why I buy my materials immediately I'm mobilized cause the client doesn't care. these things don't have industrial standard. I think a worker should deliver a perfect job. Cleaning the tiles won't take him more than two days. It will endear him to you and tomorrow you are definitely going to look for him. Some people don't understand how competitive the market is becoming. A single job can bring a million more to you
