They're censoring like they're a publisher that's why Trump recently sign an executive order removing socail media apps special status, now they're open to many lawsuits. You can't eat your cake and have it, if you want to censor then do it as a publisher and take the whole risk.

an executive order will not be enough to remove the special protection that social media enjoys. The law protecting them passed bipartisan legislation. Recently they removed a video about the Nigerian doctor claiming coronavirus doesn't exist. Nothing happened and no one challenged them in court. Even Trump shared the video
