And about your gate, the position of the door is wrong. It should be close to the center pillar. In fact they usually share the same pillar.

If you look at one of the pictures I shared, you will see the position of the smaller gate. That's where you place them.

sir please, some pictures I have are above the 4mb limit of Nairaland and I'm limited by the inability to share most pictures. I have samples of gates that range from 150,000 to 700,000 depending on the materials used. The most expensive ones are made with wrought iron while the economic ones are made with 2mm charka plates. If my methods doesn't impress you, kindly suffice me with ideas on how to grow.

personally, I don't think there's a sure way to go about it so far you and your people aren't experienced. Just find a good engineer who's truthful. If you insist on daily pay and he drags your work for months. Just find a good engineer and he will deliver your work

If I were him, I would show myself even on video in my workshop doing the real thing to show that i am the fabricator and not a middleman. That may endear me to the trust of homebuilders.
